Great breakfast buffet! Clean hotel.

$27/night for parking was ridiculous. Also don?t like the glass doors on the toilet and shower areas because if someone gets up and turns on the light at night, the lights from the toilet and shower area shine through the glass waking sleeping people.

I loved the room design, havng a sparate section to watch TV, everything looks new and very clean, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Breafast was amazing and free. For the price this was a great bargain. Probably my best hotel experience so far.

Breakfast - Staff at the breakfast area weren't very courteous or helpful. They replenished the oats with semi-cooked oats every single morning.

The noise level from the freeway made it difficult to sleep. They were not able to offer change of room or compensation, only ear plugs which are not comfortable to wear. They should invest in adding an extra layer of window glass.

The hotel is conveniently located. The breakfast was very good. The beds are comfortable.

I didn¿t like the parking fees but this seems to be for most California hotels. Usually hotels don¿t make customers pay for parking expect in the downtown which is understandable.

Nice size room. Like that bathroom is separated so one can use shower while the other uses toilet and sink. Staff very helpful.

The room was large and clean. The hallway lighting was good and the elevators were speedy. The breakfast was quite good.

It would have been helpful if breakfast was started before 7 on Saturday as we had to catch an early flight and could not eat before the flight. There was some traffic noise but it was not bad. I asked at the desk for lotion and they had none.

Noise. Free ¿ breakfast¿ consisting of bad coffee, fruit and instant oatmeal. Had to ask for clean towels and go to front desk to retrieve them because they didn¿t have any staffing. And there was a smokr detector/fire alarm inspection in our room

Best place to stay with children, if you are worried about cleanliness due to covid, this place is the one to go, very clean and neat. Housekeeping are excellent

Cleanliness, size of room, bathroom was beautiful.

Too many hidden fees! By the time we left we were charge $229 for having a dog and parking! No longer a good deal. Disappointed.

At check-in i asked about extending per instructions, the clerk made no attempt to assist my need. On the next day as i was mourning a death and 30 past check-out, i called to inquire again about extension but the staff had already opened my room. Rude

I liked the room. It was spacious. I liked the separate spaces between the beds and sofa bed. Big Family like us would appreciate those structures. The staff was nice.

I didn’t like $20.00 parking fee additional.

Everything went well except for two items were found in our room that were not ours, so it wasn’t cleaned correctly before we got there. There was a dirty pair of women’s underwear on the bathroom counter, and a broken piece of jewelry.

Having to pay 20.00 to park in that area, most hotels on hotel circle don’t have paid parking it is free. Tv was a little outdated and small for the size of the room
