Very affordable, amazing location.
The cost and location were perfect for what I needed. Not a lot of frills, but it was a comfortable bed in a clean room.

Cons -

You really can identify who's Staffing there. And there's an awful smell of urine walking up the stairs
It's a dorm room, so there's little privacy.
The painting at the foot of my bed was a little weird to sleep in front of. I felt like I was being watched.

Fantastic service. Clean. Provided many extras we arrived (free breakfast, snacks, dinner, etc).

Room was a bit tight in terms of space but overall excellent.
