Check in was easy and seamless! Staff was friendly, kind, & knowledgeable. Room was great, big, and clean. Excellent stay for the price.

Bathroom and elevators were small

Convenient location and secured entry. The microwave and mini fridge are helpful. Price is very low.

Cockroaches. Windows don't close, which lets in street noises.

They told us not to smoke in the room but the bedsheets had cigarette burns all over. The microwave needed to be cleaned, it was very durty

Everything about this druggie motel was horrible. You can hear your neighbors yelling and playing music at all hours, the hotel is directly under a flight path, and the hotel was dirty as all hell.

Shopping east access to variatity

Clean and quiet. Within walking distance of where I needed to go and good places to eat. Nice staff.

TV channel choices were interesting. They had local channels from various nationwide cities including Chicago and Philadelphia. Also, there was a channel playing continuous Murder, She Wrote. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

It was a downtown hotel, so the parking was minimal. I ended up taking a ride share vehicle to work so I wouldn't have to find parking the second night I stayed there. Also due to the age of the hotel, the elevator was old.

The elevator was so small a small luggage cart wouldn¿t fit. There wasn¿t a coffee pot. No clock and not even cups to drink from.

My wife and I showed up and there about 10 homeless people hanging out on the front steps. There was no park available for my truck.

I like that the hotel and rooms were more up to date then the photos you see online. Nice location, good price, clean, friendly staff, the windows open in the room which I feel is rare for a hotel...it was a lovely visit.

The location is excellent right next to Little Italy. It is quite close to both the airport and the cruise port so our taxi cost was very reasonable. Our bed was very comfortable.

Our bathroom had big chunks out of the drywall. The walls had black marks all over it. The bathtub needs to be re-grouted. The fan in the bathroom looked like it hadn¿t been cleaned in years. Hallways need upgrading and painting.

Easy walk to Little Italy

Homeless camped outside, room extremely loud, smelled like something from the 50s, bed was not comfortable, floor sticky. Overall would not stay here again.

A pipe broke in the middle of the night and the first floor, including my room, got flooded. I asked if I could check out or change rooms but I was ignored. I waited an hour before it stopped pouring water to go back to my very wet and smelly room.

People have got to be paying to stay here for location alone, period.

Basically everything. It was dirty, the outlets were coming off the wall. There was trash from the previous tenant in the room. There is patchwork left unfinished on the walls, chunks of the counter missing. The TV is super tiny, the bed was AWFUL.

No local tv stations. Phone didn¿t work. Morning desk person acted like I was bothering him when I checked out.

Our room was good, but when I want to use the microwave, it was burned already , so couldn¿t use it.

The location - in Little Italy - was terrific.

The room was not clean & only had maid service twice during my six day stay (sequential days, for some reason), smelled strongly of cigarette smoke (esp in the bathroom), had silver fish insects in the bathroom, and only two small oddly placed windows.

Yes! The shower curtain was ripped apart. The floor board needed repairing. The micro-wave was dirty. The dresser was warped. The refrigerator/freezer needed to be thawed out. The outlet plate in the bathroom was cracked. White paint on window covering.
