Clerk was talking to someone forever upon our arrival. Then proceeded to answer phone and have a long conversation while I needed to check in. Waited over 25 minutes to check in. It was 9:30 pm and there is no rush. Clerk was talking shop with person .

Location. Location. Location

Train noise until 1230 am and then started back up a 530 am. Elevators not working when I was there.

No drawers to place your clothes, no microwave, one elevator, parking sucks.

The room was noisy and right by the street or trolley.

The location was excellent for us to walk to most of the things we planned on our trip.

The elevators. One was out of service. The other two were slow and rickety and really made us nervous. The hotel was in the process of upgrading them.

Elevators were very amusing- would the door open? Put in floor 1 and it takes you to G2. Bounces when someone steps in.

Central Location so many places within walking distance

We booked a king room months in advance but received a queen because they overbooked kings

The hotel and staff at front desk were exceptional. The location was perfect and strait across and really amazing park. In walking distance to so much. And the breakfast was amazing! So many options and tasted good.

The only issue was the cost of parking. Parking was an additional $40 that I did not see listed but I could have just have missed it. Or you had to find parking around with be as limited and certain days there was street sweeping so you had to read signs.

The staff was great and accommodated us with an early check-in.

The hotel was under construction on the first floor. Another guest said they were briefly stuck in the elevator. The breakfast setup was very cramped.

Great location to harbor, close to restaurants and bars. Safe to walk.

A little minimalist, could put a couple plastic drinking glasses in the room. They were in the lobby for water 24/7, but annoying to have to run down there. The only cups in the room are the paper coffee cups. Would be nice to have makeup remover wipes.

The staff was very nice. Front desk , cleaning staff and even maintenance. All very nice.

The train was sounding its horn from 4am - 1am about every 5-20 min. It was a temporary issue and it stopped the last night but planes stated going over very low as soon as the train stopped and I timed them at every 1-3 min. Ear plugs did not help.

Charged an outrageous amount for onsite parking. If you get a room facing the road, the noise is horrendeous.

Very busy hotel that had 3 elevators but only 1 operational. Rooms was next to train tracks and was very loud which made it very difficult to sleep. Homeless on steps that made it difficult to get around.

Be careful if the shower heads shooting off and hitting you in the head¿when telling the front desk, they didn¿t care. Said I had to wait for management to show up at 10. So I waited ¿11am - manager went into a meeting. Front desk sup needs help.

The location to downtown and our event was amazing.

You should know that because it is downtown the trains pass right behind the hotel so there is noise.

The location and the complimentary breakfast

Elevators were having issues so we had to wait around for someone to stop at our level. Called for room to be cleaned and no one stopped for the garbage. The pool had insects floating on it. We found dirty bags under the beds and cabinets.

The staff was pretty good under pressure. Good location and clean rooms.

Elevators did not work during our stay. 3 elevators and none of them worked. Breakfast was just "so-so."

I had a Keurig coffee machine. When I went to get coffee K-cups, no one could find any. I asked on a second day-was told they would be put in my room. They were not. Finally, on the third day, there were more available. K-cups should have been available.
