Very clean, service was great. Huge workout room.

breakfast needs more variability. Did NOT like there was no cell service in room. The BR door handle lock was on the outside. I got locked in, fire hazard! No way out. Had microwave replaced but it had same problem, plate rotator didn't work.

The staff and the fact that they serve breakfast and dinner. It's hard to find that.

The beds! We have stayed here multiple times but this last time the beds hurt our backs so bad!

Breakfast was above average, size and functionality of rooms were great. Cleanliness of grounds, parking availability and friendliness of front desk staff left a lot to be desired

Limited parking and small/tight spaces. Can't tell you how many times I saw people flinging open their doors and banging into other vehicles. Furthermore, paying $25 a day simply to park where you are staying seems ridiculous when you can't find a spot

Definitely booking here again. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and nice, the breakfast buffet was amazing/delicious, nice outdoor pool. No complaints from me or my family

Hotel staff are selective who they want to help out. I had an issue with my restroom being locked and I was told by the staff that they do not have no housekeeping or anyone to help. Pretty much I was left to figure things out on my own. When we arrived

We loved the complimentary breakfast each morning and a small dinner each day. It was delicious and super convenient. There was also so much to do around the hotel. It was great! Frank was amazing too! He greeted guests each morning at breakfast.

We didn¿t like that the breakfast ended at 9am. It would have been better had it gone until 10am. 9 is slightly too early.

This was our 2nd time at this hotel. We will always book here when visiting. Everytime I came out the room or elevator it smelled so clean. The breakfast was also really good, the dinner was better last time but still great that they offer it.

I like the location the staff and the big rooms.

This hotel is top notch! Staff were so friendly & helpful, breakfast was amazing each day, Mon-Wed evening meal was delicious, the room was very clean & bright and the large lobby was perfect for gathering! Fitness center and laundry were appreciated!

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was super friendly and location was perfect.

Having the living room was great. Appliances were useful.

Cleanliness was subpar. Provided three bath towels for four people staying. Only given one roll of toilet paper at a time for a five day stay. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable, terrible linens. AC didn¿t get cold and changed on its own.

The room could have been a little cleaner, it had stained sheets and walls were a little dirty.

Room was clean and as expected. For a king suite room was a little on the small size for 3 adults. Free breakfast on the weekend day we stayed was moderate/good.

No towels in the pool jacuzzi area 2/3 days we stayed. Very loud hallways. This hotel is full of children, if you are looking for a quiet stay you may want to choose another location. Breakfast during the week was horrible.

It was very nice and clean and super easy to get to. Loved how close all of our activities were so close by.

We asked for someone to fix the microwave in our room and no one ever came.

Parking spaces are too small. Bedding was done wrong. The bed skirt was used as blankets on top of the bed sheets. Top blanket material was horrible and I¿m not sure if it was a blanket.
