Comfort Inn San Diego Old Town

It was a walking distance to the Old Town center.

The scrambled eggs for breakfast was terrible. It tasted like a watery powder mix with some egg flavor in it. The front desk personnel just barged in on us without knocking and asking us on our 2nd day of stay why we have not checked out! So rude!

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast and quiet rooms

Having to pay $25 a night for parking per vehicle and the parking spaces are very reduced.

The employee checking us in was excellent. She was very accommodating.

At around Midnight we got a call from Angel at the front desk asking if we were in the room because it showed we weren't checked in. This caused us to wake up.

It was nice location to everywhere we went. Staff is very nice. The bed is comfortable. Overall it was quiet.

The reception on television had clutches.

Stayed here before. This time we were given a handicapped room, which we did not reserve. had no hot water in the bathroom sink. but we were there only one night so we stayed. Staff was good enough to refund our parking fee for the inconvenience.

Hotel is right next to the freeway and is very noisy. They charge for parking.

Excellent service and atmosphere. The facilities & amenities were amazing we loved our room and pool area with the delicious breakfast served. Great place to stay! Very convenient near the freeway and walking distance to Old Towne .

The free breakfast, the coffee pot, microwave oven, and safe. Also appreciated that staff was able to give me a 12 noon check out.

Our room was next to the freeway. It made it difficult to sleep with all the noise. You may want to switch those windows near the freeway out for soundproof ones. Or at least let guest know that the room is near the freeway.

The staff were excellent and attentive.

The room was humid near the door but cold near the window.

The staff was incredibly friendly and upgraded us at check in and allowed us to check out late! We were able to see Old Town and had a wonderful experience.

No shuttle service to the airport! It was advertised that they had shuttle service on their website, but they say that ad is from previous owners. Get it off¿ that¿s false advertising! I never would have stayed there had I known there wasn¿t shuttle servi

Continental breakfast

Location, along 5 fwy, steep underground parking structure, no spa as listed in amenities, not walking distance to Old Towne as listed in hotel description.

I did not like anything about this hotel. The pictures online are not accurate. It¿s not in an ideal location, and our room was so dirty.

The room was not very nice or clean at all. It smelled, they didn¿t even wipe the surface of things down. I specifically called to make sure my room would be cleaned that day after we left for a few hours. We came back and nothing had been done!

The bed was comfortable and the room was fairly quiet.

1. The breakfast was absolutely horrible. Not enough seating, very crowded, and quality was miserable. 2. The staff was awful - I was double charged for my deposit and the attendant insisted that it was not the hotel's fault. 3. Many people smoking

The price was very good and close to where I was going.

The a:c didn't work to well, kinda hot in the room. They ran out of wash clothes our second day there.

Walking distance to Old Town, helpful and kind staff, heated pool, good breakfast selection.

Super close to airpirt, like maybe a 5 minute drive. Parking was kinda difficult but the hotel is right there so we had no issues. Room was clean and super cold which was nice. Shower was good and bed was very comfortable. Very happy with stay.

Parking could have been an issue since it's limited but for us was not a problem.

The closeness of the airport

Hidden cost of the Parking... should be noted in or on the web site it cost 16 dollars and there is no where else to park no other options..
