Location and the staff was friendly and gave us a nice room

Breakfast was not good

Extremely friendly staff, better breakfast than most hotels, very nice courtyard, and convenient location.

Parking is not free, however, there is plenty of free parking in the street surrounding the hotel, so no need to pay!

The cleanliness and friendly and kindness of your staff. Your breakfast is delicious. Your swimming pool is perfect for kids.

The water pressure in the bathroom sink was very low. The high cost of parking your car in your parking lot.

Location was great

The description of the room was not right. I thought I had booked a particular room. If I had known I was not booking the room I needed I would have booked else where.

Location and breakfast were everything! Also free bus to hotel near by.

Room had a loud noise coming out of the vent and the AC didn¿t seemed to be working.

Horrible! This is the worst hotel I've stayed at and has been the worst experience. It was extremely overpriced, the pool was closed and I was told to go down the street to use a neighboring hotels pool instead. The parking garage was full no parking!

The staff was friendly, the rooms clean, breakfast was good, location was food. I believe Ana was the name of the lady who checked us in and she was an absolute pleasant to deal with!!

Staff was courteous. Room was spacious. Breakfast was decent. Small gym was open 24 hours.

Room has a slight smell for smoke. Gym could use hand sanitizer.

When arriving to hall where room located smelled like weed and so did our room. Did not appreciate since I had kids. Breakfast not so happy allergy to egg...not much of a selection given...still had to buy breakfast for family Parking charge ridicules

Beautiful and attractive hotel with good location near the freeway and Old Town San Diego. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was nice. Room is attractive but on the small side. Breakfast was okay but not great. Beware of HIGH $25 parking charge!

Walls and ceilings are paper thin! Noise from adjacent and upstairs rooms was loud. Hallway doors are locked at night and every time someone went in or out they slammed shut and woke us up! One of the WORST nights ever! Won't stay there again!!

Very clean. Location is right across Marine Recruit Deport Station. Shuttle available to and fro. Continental breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff are always very accommodating and very friendly and are very flexible in that they do their best to make sure that everything u need is taken care of & they allowed extra time adter chrck out time for us to add $ to our cc to stay another night

Honestly had a very stress free stay the hotel was in a great location with a nice room that was clean and well stocked! The staff st the front desk on check out and check in were very accommodating and helpful! Housekeeping was friendly an efficient also

Breakfast was good. It was pretty quiet for its location. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Certainly not what I would expect from a Marriott property. But I guess for the price it was ok.

Close access to Old Town, free basic breakfast, pleasant staff, refrig, Keurig, microwave

$20 parking fee (I was lucky and found a spot on a side street). Walls are a bit thin. Would not want to be there with a convention or noisy families. Some tricky street crossings to Old Town. Be alert and look around before crossing. No crosswalks.

The rooms are very nice they have a phenomenal breakfast and the property itself is beautiful and in a wonderful part of the city not to mention it's extremely close to the freeway but you don't hear most of the noise.

The Maids knock and walk into your room at the same time. They bother you all the time even w/the hanging DND sign. front desk staff has no interest or concern w any complaint. And if it is address no resolution will come of it. Staff is not hospitable.
