Room was very clean

Very tight parking. Asked for a room with two beds got got one king bed and a rollout couch bed.

The grounds were clean. Breakfast buffet was nice.

Parking was terrible, esp for $25/night. More parking is needed and a place to check in and unload luggage.

The free breakfast and the easy access to the highways.

Paying for parking when I was told it was free. The location has an adult bar next to the hotel and one night there was a scufflel outside our window. It lasted over 10 minutes.

The room was spacious BUT not a 3.5 star. The bathroom ceiling was missing parts of the ceiling, paint was chipped, towels were dingy, nothing was open in the hotel even though most of SD is open and us allowed to open, spa was broken & in dangerous area

The second room was nice but the A/C unit didn't work so it was hot all night

The First Room I received was but the back door you could hear people walking and slamming the door also I had dead bug on the ceiling of the room.

Did Not get the King size bed, that I reserved. I was told that all the King size bed rooms were gone! I don't get it, when you reserve a type a bed. So whats the reason of having a reservation/picking a bed type, when you dont get it, and paying for it !

Friendly staff, cleanliness.

Location, location, location. I did not expect to be 200 yards from a strip joint. Surrounding area was sketchy but hotel grounds were ok., sound proofing could be improved for the rooms.

Price and location fit what I was looking for.

They wanted a $15 per night parking fee. What a joke!!! People park in the lot because they are customer's of the hotel. If they have a problem with other parking in the lot they should issue permits for customers to park at NO CHARGE.

That the room was clean and sanitized.

The hotel is by a strip club. And they did not have a room for a Disabled veteran and his traveling caregiver.

It was pretty clean and quiet.

Location was not good. It's ridiculous that they charge the guests for outside parking.

Overall a decent experience.

We stayed on the second floor and the floor above us (possibly Employee floor) was too loud. Could hear music at all times of the night. Woke me up several times throughout the night. I can hear vacuuming and water running at odd hours of the night.

Staff was helpful and polite.

No airport shuttle, advertised. No breakfast, dirty, A/C stopped working. Room was humid. Homeless living in front of hotel in a bus. Jacuzzi was green. Very upsetting, not worth star rating.

Room was clean and what I expected. Outside of property needs a good clean including hall way carpets, back door entrance and parking lot.

Had to pay $15 for parking. Lot of trash and homeless near by.

Location central to everything. The service was wonderful, anything we asked they gave us with a smile. Room was great for familiesm 2 queens and pull out queen couch, lots of storage extra seating. I needed two fridges, one for medicine, no problem.

The chairs around the pool needed updating, the neighborhood wasn't the ritz, but we had no problem. Parking was 15 dollars a day, and the restaurants were closed. But many close food places, Dennys across the street and Target and grocery stores.

Nothing, was trapped into a booking that was non refundable due to not canceling 1 day in advanced but booked less than 1 day in advanced. All while the location of the hotel felt more unsafe than walking around the projects in LA.

The large group of people hanging out in front of the hotel. The small but very crowed turn around circle 2 get n2 the hotel. $15 fee 4 parking. A/C not working but was fixed. Dripping tub faucet.
