Homewood Suites by Hilton San Diego - Del Mar

The bed was very comfortable! I also liked the small gym that provided water and towels!

I wish the front desk informed me of where everything was or where the amenities were. I didn?t know there was a jacuzzi I only saw the pool.

Breakfast & Hot Tub.

False advertisement of free airport shuttle to and from hotel. Had to rent unwanted vehicle x3 days. Plus had to pay EXTRA 12.00 per day for car for parking..

Check-in staff  was awesome and made me feel welcome! It's a nice hotel in good location close to the freeway and easy drive to downtown San Diego. The coffee station was nice. Breakfast was handy and good.

Clean and close to the beach. Would stay here again.

Great location! The staff was beyond helpful and kind. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was delicious.

Location was perfect! Close to freeways,beaches,shopping,lds temple, food!

Not very clean, bathroom super small and tub dirty, they don¿t clean everyday, you have to call for basic necessities or they just want you to get it in the front. Was expecting better since I got the king suite but overall the stay was ok.

The staff and size of room

Mattresses need to be replaced(including sofa bed). Had to change rooms because of this and the second room was worse than the first. You could feel the springs!

Suite was perfect for my family with 2 teenage boys. Enough space to spread! Kitchenette perfect. Cleaning staff was excellent and acommodating. Good breakfast. Definitely would book again at Homewood suites.

A little updating would help. friendlier front deskstaff would be nice.

There was no air conditioning on in the building. There was air in the rooms. The laundry rooms need to have more machines and they should all be working.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs.

Our suite was very run down with spots on carpet and couch, dirty drapes, dirty and broken tiles in bath, floor with broken trim.

There is really nothing that I experienced at this hotel that I liked or appreciated

My room was not available when I showed up. They gave it to someone else. When they found a room for me it had a queen bed in it instead of a king. No AC. Phone did not work. No help at the desk

A/c was broken and toilet was clogged. The staff didn¿t do anything to make my stay better.

Only issue was a noisy neighbor that was playing music so loud, it could be heard down the hall when you got out of the elevator. Staff should be monitoring halls occasionally for these issues. I called the front desk a couple of times to get it handled.

Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast for free.

The staff were friendly and able to meet any needs we had. Excellent hot breakfast. Location was good based on price. Good location to get into beaches and sea world.

beds were a bit hard to sleep on. The pull out couch mattress was really thin.

As advertised no issues clean friendly

It was very clean with nice, old-fashioned rooms. Though the room style had an older vibe to it, the cleanliness and new appliances helped to bring the review up. The front desk lady was very kind and even gave the two of us 4 complimentary water bottles.

There isn't much around the hotel location or within walking distance. The café at the hotel next door did not have very good food or drinks, especially for their prices.
