Pros +

Fully private and stocked unit with parking, full kitchen, washer / dryer, balcony, and short walk to beach.

Cons -

There was no baby gates to block off the stairs (listing claims to be good for 2+ years old), and whatever is used to clean the floors leaves your feet black.
