An unexpected $30 fee for dog and a $15 per nite parking fee? Room was in poor condition, a/c loud & really old, shower drain clogged and had ants.

Clean and close to the beach and walking distance to many options.

The parking spaces within the hotel itself are minimal and had to park along the road.

The location, but even that does not make up for how bad the hotel is.

The room was poorly lit. The floor smelled like dog pee, the towels were so thin and old that they ripped while using. The bed sheets and pillows were equally old and were stained. The shower was old and run down. The curtains were thin and dirty.

We loved the view, the breakfast spot on the property, and the location.

The location was amazing! There's a trail that leads right to the ocean. Nice little walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything in the area is pet friendly! There's even a dog wash station (that you can use to wash your feet too!)

The shower head had too much water pressure and no way to change it. It was slightly painful to take a shower. Also, the bathroom had a fabric shower curtain that was too short. There was no way to keep the floor from getting soaking wet. Easy fix.

This is a great hotel for dogs. The bathroom is perfect for dogs that were at the beach. There's also a large dog washing area outside. The patio is connected to the dog run so it's like a small dog park right outside your door. Steps from the dog beach.

The location was perfect. Next to the beach and walking distance to the downtown areas. The room was clean and airy with the sliding door opened. I also liked that the ice and water dispenser was available for guests.

It's an older hotel so I didn't expect too much.

The location was wonderful. The access to the beach was perfect. VERY dog friendly!

The staff was extremely unhelpful. Was charged for parking but was not told there would be a parking fee.

Clerk who checked me in was rude, aloof and not at all welcoming. Parking at $15/night made us park on the street - made the stay a hassle to say the least.

Having the back sliding door open to the dog run was great. Right next to dog beach. There is a paved trail that connects to the budge that you can run to Mission Beach on.

the smell of the room, the noisy air conditioning, the bed is not comfortable, and the people in the room on the floor above making noise all night and the dogs barking

Soo close to the beach! Hotel is perfect to bring your dogs!

It was bare bones, but being a dog hotel I can understand why. Wish there was at least paper towels in the room and a broom to sweep up the sand we tracked in from the beach lol!

Hotel is in dire need of renovation. Rooms are old and run down,walls dirty, holes in curtains, pillows flat, bed old, tiles broken in bathroom, furniture worn out, etc.?.?..
