Pros +

Location close to Balboa Park, downtown and freeway, quite despite the fact that it is right in the approach pass to SAN, clean & spacious room & bathroom, friendly & responsive host/management.

Cons -

The parking situation is a bit unnerving. There is free parking across the street right next to Balboa Park, but if those are busy the only spots left are metered parking.
