    Pros +

    • 10/10 for Cleanliness and Staff. 8/10 for room with mini kitchen. Room could use a small table or desk with 2 small chairs, a small folding luggage rack, and blinds for the glass balcony door. Convenient location near Balboa Park and downtown.
    • Beautiful place.. parking not so great and very dark… not very disability friendly if you can’t climb stairs not for you.. staff is amazing
    • Stayed as part of honeymoon road trip.. Owner extremely helpful and very satisfied with the studio we got. Everything was clean and felt safe staying there. Planes overhead but after the first night we didn't even notice them. Great location to the park and also Gaslamp Quarter. If we come back to San Diego we will definitely stay here again. Car was also secure in the garage so that was worth the extra fee too. Loved our stay so thank you!

    Cons -

    • 7/10 for overall experience and location, due to personal sensitivity to aircraft/street/freeway noise (needed earplugs/earbuds), and difficulty avoiding homeless people throughout the downtown area -- while parking a car or walking as a pedestrian.
    • Stairs and parking
    • The property is not well kept/maintained. This is the second studio I’ve stayed in at this location both had issues like broken soap dispensers that leaked the entire time i was there. Sliding balcony doors that didn’t open. Homeless are all over this area. These studios have potential to be amazing but it seems they are not taken care of

Lovely little flat - very clean. Location very central but there were a lot of homeless people around which made me feel vulnerable as a female traveling solo with 2 kids.

The blind on the window and on the sliding door was broken which meant that I couldn't close the blinds at night and had the light streaming in. I told them about this and they failed to fix this.

    staff exceptionally friendly and responsive.

TV and heat system had no instructions.

Overall great location if your trip to San Diego is centered around Balboa Park! A 10-minute drive to the park and there is a CVS right across the street from the building for any last-minute things needed Owners were quite helpful with the instructions on how to enter the building and were helpful when looking to purchase a parking pass Spacious room with a balcony, mini fridge, and microwaveThere was a bar/grill right around the corner of the building, which is also a huge plus!

Parking on the street was a bit sketchy but you are able to pay for a daily parking pass upon request (worth it in my opinion as there were a lot of homeless people surrounding the building as a result of being so close to the park) Planes constantly flew over the building but the owners did provide ear plugs in the room!

The place located in a good area, near the park. The apartment is quiet, although the landing plains are frequently heard, outside of the apartment. The apartment has a frizzer, microwace, toaster, air conditioner everything you might need to feel comfortable. The bad is hard and great for a great night sleep. There is planty of parking around the area, but all of them are paid. Although, you can park alongside the park free of charge.

No elevator, climbing to 2nd floor with 4 suitcases is a small change.

Cleanliness and modern new interior. The manager was very nice.

We were a bit nervous about parking on the street with so much pedestrian traffic late night.

Convenient location to a lot of places within the area.

I didn't like how loud the airplanes were during the stay

The interior was really nice and up to date, wish the tvs were bigger but that was really the only problem

    The tv’s was about it.
