Pros +

Comfortable bed, overall nice facilities.

Cons -

The walls are pretty thin. Our upstairs neighbors kept the noise down after 10 pm (as the host asks), though. And the electrical breakers get tripped easily, meaning some of the switches for nonessentials don't always work. (Inside lights were fine.)
Parking is bit expensive
