Very nice and clean

To pay for parking in a industrial area.

Great customer service. The price was so affordable. The room was clean, spacious and just over all comfortable

Nothing. It was amazing

Newly renovated. You can see, smell and feel the clean upon entry to lobby and room. The manager and front desk personnel addressed my stay as if I were at a 4 star, which I typically choose, even though they were a 2.5 star. Well done!

Bed could be just a bit softer.

The location of the hotel was perfect for what we needed. It was very well maintained and the staff was friendly.

Room was a bit smaller than most Hampton Inn rooms

The staff was great and very accommodating.

There was a stain in the tub and a small housekeeping issue. Something wasn't purposely on the sheets but should have been removed prior to our arrival.

The toilet in 310 ran all night. We be leave the handle was broken.

Clean room and hotel. Very nice staff, and the location is close to the 5 and 56 freeway and Del Mar and Torrey Pines beaches. Good Experience.

The complimentary breakfast on the weekends ends at 9 AM.

A clean hotel with excellent customer service, and a very good location near the beach and freeways.

Hotel employee was the best part of our stay! He was super  welcoming and friendly. He's a big reason that we decided to  extend our stay instead of looking for another hotel. Hotel employee always had a smile and a kind word when we passed and felt like an old friend.

It would have been nice if the pool had been heated but we had such a great time regardless

The only thing that was decent about this hotel was that it offered a continental breakfast that wasn’t bad.

The rooms were like cheap motels. Not clean, holes in the walls, horrible sewage smell coming from the drains. Absolutely disgusting. Not remotely worth $--- per night!!!

Convenient location, nice room, gated parking.

Reserved 2 queen beds, room had 1 king.

Wide selection of choices in complimentary breakfast, especially fruits

I didn't like that the thicker drape can't be closed where outside lights are shining through the veil

Its in a good location and they had a nice breakfast with flexible hours. The room was quiet and there were no major issues.

The parking situation wasn't great and the amenities in the room were very basic. The quality of materials (linens, towels, etc.) wasn't great.

Hotel was nice enough...underground parking very convenient. Hotel was easy to get to, close to freeway. Very nice bathroom. Good breakfast options, opening at 6 am.

TERRIBLE bed linens.removed comforter,no blanket.TOP sheet did not fit.had a 6 inch over-hang. Used blanket in closet.it had no over-hang at all !! it went edge to edge. Next night..asked for second blanket.room 304..We would NOT choose this hotel again.
