Hampton Inn & Suites San Diego Liberty Station

Our room has a smell that seemed as it might have been pet friendly. Carpet I think was source of smell. Otherwise room was good.

Perfect location. Great breakfast and very friendly staff. Will definitely book again.

Breakfast and that it was quiet

I saw a jumping bug on my baby who was on the bed sleeping. I’m concerned if it was a flea

Location. Staff was nice. Clean.

The breakfast was not filled promptly due to short staff. The snacks for sale at front desk were crazy high priced. They do not clean rooms unless sign up for room cleaning. The tv said pink waffles there were not pink waffles

Breakfast was really great. The location and the airport shuttle were convenient.

The pool was not heated. I think it normally is, but the day we stayed they were doing maintenance

Hate the cheap shower head with tiny, painful, jet stream emitters.

We only had new towels once in our 5 day stay, and our trash was never taken like it said it would every other day.

The shuttle service to the airport. It was very efficient and both drivers were super friendly!! The breakfast was nice, except adding almond milk or almond creamer for coffee would be nice.

Needed extra pillows to prop up with at night. The feather pillows were nice just not enough to keep me propped up. Also, the noises the air conditioner made were a bit bothersome.

Fabulous location, we rode bikes to Seaport Village and Liberty Station.

Shuttle to airport needs to be reserved of time. We had to take a taxi instead, negating the whole point of choosing this hotel.

THE CLEANLINESS AND THE SIZE OF THE ROOM, THE BREAKFAST IS FANTASTIC

SOME OF THE STAFF WERE NOT SO FRIENDLY AND WE ARE HILTON HONOR MEMBERS WERE NOT OFFERED THE COMPLIMENTARY WATER FOR OUR ROOM. OUR FLIGHT WAS CHANGED WE NEEDED TO LEAVE A DAY EARLY THE HOTEL STAFF SAID WE COULD NOT GET A REFUND SINCE WE PREPAID

Hotel was well maintained. however we missed the daily room service and we had to ask for it on third day.

Usually Hampton Inn serves very good breakfast with good vegetarian/vegan options but at this location it was not much for vegetarians.

I was told there was a restaurant in the hotel but the closest was a 2 mile hike. Not happy about that at all. For the price of that hotel...I expect food.

They let us check in early and breakfast was great

I wish we had been told the pool was heated. We would¿ve used it every day.

I liked how staff was very attentive. I really likes how clean the room was. Breakfast was great.

We enjoyed the bay view and comfortable bed. My husband enjoyed the breakfast a great deal .

I wish there were restaurants a bit closer to walk to, but that had nothing to do with the quality of the hotel.

Location was wonderful and convenient

The front desk staff ran after us and accused us of not being guests. We had seen them several time through at the evening. When we came down for breakfast they rudely accused me and my children of not being guests. Demanding a last name and room number.

The employees were excellent and friendly outstanding also the free breakfast were the best we have ever had at any hotel ever and the rooms were clean and had everything that we needed also the Hotel Airport Shuttle was easy to use and very convenient
