Pros +
- Location. That's it.
- It felt like having our own studio in a nice apartment building. The room was so nice, the furniture and decor was very modern, straight out of a magazine. The building was great, cute little store on the bottom and a cafe. Highly recommend.
- Didn't to much like it not to safe for kids under 2 years old kid can fall down the stairs n fall through the window of the bedroom.
Cons -
- Go to the hotel's website and read what it is they're "trying" to do, though failing at that. If that works for you then by all means go for it. Just know there's no bathroom sink nor bathroom privacy. Maintenance is abysmal.
- Just wasn't safe for kids at all. N there no TV in rooms just didn't like it.
- The problem is that I had no access to TV or WiFi during my three-night stay. While there was a large-screen Tv in the room, there was no remote control so there was no way to use the TV. Compounding that problem is that there was really nobody to complain to. There is no "front desk." You check in using your phone and are given access codes and wi-fi passwords, but nobody seems to be in charge. I finally managed to find someone but they simply confirmed that they couldn't find the remote either. Nothing was done. The wi-fi password I was given by text did not work, either, so I had to use the internet with my own hotspot. The room, while surrounded by huge windows with great views, was very spare. And it really needed a paint job. Basically, this place would be terrific if it had some management and some onsite personnel who actually take care of problems.

Four things were outstanding. First, the location could not have been better: very short walking distance to restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Second, the room had huge windows with amazing 5th floor views of the city. Third, the little restaurant downstairs had great coffee and a very good breakfast. Fourth, the price was very reasonable for the location.

The uniqueness of the space with the loft sleeping area.
The bathroom had a foldable wall to serve as a door. Hard to work. The bathroom sink/toilet combo was odd.
Room and patio were clean
My patio door locking mechanism was broken and wouldn’t lock. The number of homeless encampments in the neighboring parking lots, alley, did not feel safe

Staff was great. Location was good.
The WiFi didn’t work. The staff sent 5 different access points and none worked. The TV was a WiFi TV so it didn’t work either. I had work to do so this was a disaster.
Comfortable and staff was very kind and hospitable.
I think it needs some upkeep. Needs fresh paint and could be a bit cleaner.
Disappointing, will not visit again.
Nothing was located where it was need, for example no sink in the bathroom, had to use the kitchen sink. No electric outlets near the bed, etc.
Loved the locations and the cafe downstairs. Paul was great and it was beautifully furnished.
The Internet was weaker than we liked, the tv connection was spotty and there was no clothing storage (closet or drawer) so that was hard.
Location was good.
Place was shabby. Bed not great. Was clean I guess but also not that clean.

Loved the building and style. Very comfortable
The bathroom was interesting. No door but we managed
Lot of space
The bed was quite unstable and there are no blackouts (only a light "shader"), so be ready or you'll wake with the sunrise
Once we had our room changed (see 'didn't like') it was a comfortable place to stay, and well-located for our needs (visiting a friend who lived nearby). Late night member of staff excellent in a speedy change of room.
When we booked, there was no indication that the room we were booking had a bizarre bed, located in a space only 3ft hight, over the bathroom and accessed by a very odd and dangerous set of steps. Under no circumstances book a 'Mountain View' room unless you are young and VERY acrobatic. However, the room was changed rapidly to a 'proper' one as soon as we complained.Even a 'proper' room is somewhat unusual, in that the only basin is a large kitchen sink, without a plug or ability to use one's own (the hole is very large, with a waste-disposal system). So impossible to wash or do washing-up other than under a running tap (at variance with the water-saving toilet cistern). One other problem is that their arrival system is based on gate and door codes being texted to you just before check-in time. For some reason the system cannot handle overseas (or at least UK ...) phone numbers - either for SMS or WhatApp. I had to phone them, and eventually the details were sent by e-mail. This definitely needs looking into.
It was clean and easy to check in and out.
The door to the bathroom was cheap and made a lot of noise when closing it.
Great location! Very comfortable bed! Plenty of room!
Only thing I have to contribute is that the room needs a little TLC. It was clean just needs some fresh paint and a little caulking/repair at shower
This is nothing as the pictures showed. We didn't even spend the night here. The rooms were "upstairs" but you had to climb a ladder like steps. No doors in "the rooms" just floor mattresses. The restroom wasnt able to lock or even close. Also there is a huge gap between the stairs and restroom. So people walking upstairs can see you using the restroom.
Great location, hassle-free electronic check in
Layout is bad, (bed is cramped against wall and bathroom is oddly open to the room), clean floors but walls were dirty.
