The Room was very spacious

The communication about a walk in shower for handicap and also the room had a very bad leak that had the carpet wet the whole entire stay

The staff was excellent at handling our problems

The room had bugs, which we think were bed bugs, all over the bed and bathroom

Room smelled, bed sheets were smelly and dirty.

Everyone and staff were so nice and when I had a problem they came very fast.

The hotel was very outdated. The room had problems with water coming out of the air conditioner. It just needs to be updated..

Night stuff is a bunch of morons with no idea how to take care of customers. I checked in around 7:30 pm with 2 toddlers and ended up in a room with water damage at 10:30 pm after a room change that had noise issue.

When I checked in the front desk clerk was amazing and was so nice. For the amount of people there it was quiet.

The bed and pillows were horrible. Everything would have been a 10 but it was because of the bed.

Clean room

I had to pay $18 per day to park my rental car and $20 a day per person just to eat a breakfast. Didn?t even offer coffee for free.

Professional, helpful and friendly staff. Everything worked well. Nice gym, as well as hot tub and pool.

Lobby bar was closing well before its advertised hour. I wish they could extend courtyard/hot tub/pool hours. Parking is no longer free.

The location is centrally located near restaurants and office buildings. Also is close to the freeway.

The shower in the room wasn't working 100 percent.

They woke us up early morning & told us they had to shut off the water & gave us as a family 20 min to get showers, brush teeth & get kids ready. Not professional at all. Our carpet by the door was all wet.

Outdoor area around the pool was a nice feature

The duvet cover appeared dirty, the sink was FULL of razor hair and bubbles, which coated the sink for 2 days. I am disabled, asked for a room close to elevator upon check in.They gave me the furthest room on the ground floor from lobby.Baffling!!

That it was really close to the wedding I was attending. ¿¿

I thought it was pretty expensive and they didn't even have a microwave.

The furnishings and linens were nice and I like that the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were mounted to the shower wall

The walls were very thin and I woke up twice because of conversion in the next room

Well maintained. The staff recognized titanium membership. Breakfast was very good. I stayed for a week. Get a courtyard pool side room. The sliding doors worked. Nicely renovated building.

Charging for parking is nickeling and dining the guests in an area with a big uncovered lots and I don't recall seeing security.

The courtyard and pop area was nice and relaxing.

The room didn¿t feel clean. Our carpet was wet and overall just didn¿t feel taken care of. The best part of hotel is Lobby and pool area, which is beautifully done and then you get to your room and it¿s a disappointment. Location is a little sketchy.

Nice pool!! I worked for four days from the room. The elite credit breakfast was very good. Big hotel. There was a kids sports team staying in the other wing. Nicely updated mostly.

I parked on the street. They charge $15 a day and would not comp for titanium members. I worked from the room so wanted a daily walk anyway. They did not update the desk. It was an old style and not so comfy for two monitors and a computer.

Room noisy! Did not sleep well!

Noise from upstairs and sides

For the second time staying at this hotel, I was in a room next to a bunch of people partying all night. Was not able to sleep well because I could hear everything going on. Really not the hotels fault but it was quite annoying.

Loud guests partying all night long. Called front desk. They went to tell them to keep it down. Worked for a minute. Then went back to being loud. Never slept. Not the hotel¿s fault. Just rude disrespectful guests.

While I was there the internet wasn¿t working for a couple of days. Had to check out and find a hotel that had internet.
