Yes my rate included breakfast this location refused to provide breakfast and made me sign a statement stating that breakfast was not available

It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever chosen

Everything, bad service, rude workers, we didn’t have a trashcan in our room, and there wasn’t any hot water

There were guests playing loud music all night long. Security never came by to stop it. The refrigerator was not working. Staff was informed and it was not replaced.

Loud and partying, smoking, microwave did not work, no breakfast

frayed carpet, phone did not work, burnt out light bulbs, water dripping from ceiling in bathroom,

Bad smell , no hot water , no heater , mattress smelled like pee an rooms stink

The hotel was being renovated (which should have been noted in the booking process!). staircase to my 3rd floor room was in very back of building, it had no lighting and was covered with various building materials! Dangerous! Room was terrible.

the staff was very helpful and so kind to me during my stay they made sure i was comfortable in my room!

the cleanliness could?ve been better. and during the stay there was no complementary breakfast which wasn?t brought to my attention until the day of arrival which kinda sucks considering no compensation was offered for it.

Nothing - this is a trike terrible hotel .

Where to stay - staircases are unsafe, plumbing didnt work, bathroom floor was et, chair huge piece missing and should have been replaced 5 years ago, tv remote was broken, door didnt work. Choice hotels has disassociated from it. A 1.5 star at best.

Location was the only positive about this motel.

Staff attitude, no breakfast (was guaranteed), no longer Quality Inn or any other company, reservations were listed as 3 seperate reservations so key card was cancelled each day. were awoken by the manager entering our room and telling us we needed to go

Not much. The only good thing was the location. It was convenient to where we needed to go.

It was no longer a Quality Inn. Very difficult to register and the employees made no attempt to solve the multiple problems that arose. No breakfast, they come to the door each day telling us we had to check out, room card was canceled .after we prepaid .

The location was helpful, there are many restaurants and practical stores nearby.

I specifically searched for hotels offering breakfast and picked this one. I arrived to find they're not offering breakfast (as advertised) and blaming it on Covid. Noone else is doing that. This hotel is also being allowed to fall into disrepair.

I got to see my sister.

The hotel made some promises we did not get. The bed was uncomfortable. There was no breakfast and I found bugs in the bathroom. For the price I didn't find it appealing.

the hotel itself is literally falling apart you can't use the stairwell because they're blocked off by pieces of board because the steps are missing on some of the stairwell there's termite invasion everywhere throughout the hotel it's very disgusting

Absolutely NOTHING!!

Filthy stained carpet, torn furniture, dusty lamp, no fire detector, holes in walls, needs painting, water didn't get hot, I started itching shortly after sitting on bed. Light bulbs missing in fixture. Outside carpet was HORRIBLE. This place is a mess!

Exterior was a dump elevator smelled like urine room saturated in smoke of all kinds the pictures on the website must be from 25 years ago when I stayed here broken doors no window screens I couldn't wait to get out of there early in the morning

I thought I booked non smoking room and got smoking room but i didn¿t mind cause I smoke and I didn¿t get charged for some one else¿s smoking.

The location was good. Close to the highway.

Everything else. The room was so old and dirty. I got what I paid for.

Nothing, I didn't end up staying because the door didn't lock from the out side and there were drug activities going on at the foot of the stairs.

The lobby had a bad smell to it, the room was supposed to be a "non-smoking" room but smelled like smoke. The door didn't lock from the outside and there were sketchy people at the foot of the stairs that I had to walk by each time I went upstairs.

The room was clean enough

No breakfast, hotel was run down very badly, room not properly stocked. Many things broken or missing. Elevator was just plain scary. This hotel should not be listed on any respectable website
