CHECKING LATE AFTER 1PM AND STAFF WAS NOT SO HELPFUL BUT ALL WENT OK.ROOMS WERE A BIT SMELLY BUT EXPECTED IN HOTELS. I LIKE THE INSIDE PARKING.

There was a very young girl who couldn't possibly be working with a workers permit (she looked about 13 years old). Secondly, the room was disgustingly uncomfortable. Dirt in the bathroom, dirty sheets. They were very stingy with the towels also.

I liked how close it was to the NOS center and the cleanliness of the exterior areas.

The lady who's the main morning staff was extremely rude compared to the man running the show at night. She was a terrible thing to wake up to and really ruined our stay. We were willing to forgive the lack of cleanliness, but her attitude is inexcusable.

I had called and asked for 2 beds, handicapp room, non-smoking, and if possible a early ck in . NON of MY REQUEST WERE MET. I HAD TO PAY $12.00 EXTRA FOR A ROO WITH 2 BEDS. THE HOTEL DOES NOT ACCEPT CASH. MY ROOM HAD TO BE CHANGED DUE TO THE Str

Location... lack of unwanted visitors or persons wandering in/out

Continental Breakfast advertised: only very very minimal old fruits available, with nothing HOT, and no breakfast cereal, ODD, old wrapped ding-dongs or similar available. Hot-Tub Advertised (NOT available, if not build into room) False Advertising

Staff was quick and responsive, easy entry and exit.

The room I stayed in had crickets within the walls, they were active all night.

Management not doing anything about the roaches in the room was disheartening.

The amount of roaches I encountered in the room was awful, disgusting. I informed management about the infestation, nothing was done about it. Disappointing stay at this property.

I was alarmed when I attempted to use the shower when black widow spiders came out of the faucet. I had to catch them with a cup and flush them down the toilet. That instance was disappointing. Outside of that, it is a good property to stay at.

no breakfast available. they stopped serving breakfast since covid.

there were really gross things in the hotel room, not cleaned, there was actually dog poop on the floor in the bathroom. I was in room 122. the phone was sticky the chairs were dirty. the towels all had hair in them and even the new ones I requested not like a little hair a lot. even the pillows had hair on them. I stripped the bed when i got there and luckily there was no bugs so that was nice. the mattress though omg had to be 30 years old.
