The room was nice however the state poor customer service students and pretty much dishonesty and thievery canceledout any good.i would not recommend this place to ANYONE

Front desk stAff was rude . Had a terrible attitude spoke to the guest with that attitude d also they kept my deposit saying it would put back on but still nothing they did a complete debit they took the money for not for a hold but a payment

The front desk, housekeeping and all employees are always very nice and smile and say hi

We requested a late check out and was told 1pm. Housekeeping knocked at 11 and my husband told them we requested and were told 1. About 15 min later a man knocked once and barged in and said are you checking out today. I was in a rather compromising

The staff was nice and understanding

This was my second time there I experienced it the same as last time and I reported it it had roaches last time I thought maybe it wasn't like that but I went back and it had roaches again so this place has roaches

The staff was friendly and helpful and it seemed like they were working on improving the facilities.

It was not clean. My towel was filled with long black hairs and the floor was so dirty that we had to rinse our feet off and then wear shoes inside. The laminate flooring was also suspiciously soft in places and the room was always humid no matter what.

It was a good experience overall. The hotel itself is not very big, but they have a wonderful staff and their breakfast is very good. They do serve breakfast it isn¿t false advertising. Those that do should be penalized for it. I enjoyed my stay.

I feel that they don¿t accommodate the guest that book through third parties as quickly as they would the ones that just go through them. I seen it first hand. Aside from that, they were great. I enjoy my stay.

the two guys at the front desk called us after we had settled in and we were already asleep to let us know the room we were in was for another party. We were not offered another room.

Room service kept missing my room on extended.

I loved the location and the selection of nearby restaurants.

The hotel clerk was very odd and made me very nervous. When I arrived to the room it smelled of smoke and as an asthma sufferer, it triggered an attack and I was in the ER the next day. Online pictures of the hotel and room did not match what we got.

No conjoining rooms, pool was our if service, computer in front office was unavailable because they didn¿t know the login password, someone tried getting into our gas tank, unable ti get out disabled daughter breakfast to take to room(but drinks are ok).

The staff  was soooo nice and super helpful. She definitely went above and beyond her job description.

The room smelled like cigarettes and the bed was a little uncomfortable

Our room had a smell. We stayed 3 days, and the room was clean when we got there, but they did not clean it in between. Breakfast is a bag with packaged muffin, apple, packaged breakfast sandwich and juice box. Probably due to Covid but unpleasant.

My first pleasant experience was the politeness of the rep. Me and my wife were running late and we called and  the receptionist was very understanding. And after arriving she was very professional and polite. Thank you.

Microwave and mini fridge in the room is helpful.

The front desk staff originally gave me the wrong price. It was corrected and still higher than I what I reserved the room for. Didn't clarify anything for me. Made checking in and checking out extremely difficult. Never had so much trouble before.

Congenial staff.exlt breakfast. Would not hesitate to stay again!

Most of the hotel staff were real nice and professional. I also really enjoyed the berkfest.

I did not like that on the 4th nite of my stay a strange man was outside my window he had sliced open my screen and I think he was going to try access to my room.I chased him off told the front desk and security never came out to investigate.

Insulted to be arisen at 11pm by hotel staff calling my room about a noise complaint (which since I was silent and not running the tv or other devices was not me). The ONLY thing I require of a hotel is that I can rest overnight. Complete fail.

The location was great for us. And it was nice having a pool and hot tub option.

It's good to have a pool but pictures shouldn't be taken so it looks much bigger than actual size. Also the room floors were dirty. We didn't realize this until we were walking on the tile barefoot and our feet were almost black.
