Rodeway Inn San Bernardino - Colton

To many smokers that loud all night until 7 am the manger don’t do anything about it. They don’t clean your room even if you been there for four days. The manger tried to put his region on me and tell me what to do in my room spiritually.

It seemed to be clean.

The management and front desk staff were AWfUL. They were rude, confused, and asked for a 20.00 cash deposit. Huge homeless all around & baby roaches when we turned on the lights in the bathtub middle of the night.

Nothing, room looked dirty.

The front desk person  was ver unprofessional very rude and didn¿t help at all I made a two nights reservation on line and somehow it got changed to one , for which we got to stay in until late I don¿t recommend this place to anyone very bad

The room seem redone. The surfaces needed cleaning.

To be outside looks like skid row. All they really need to do is clean up all the trash and throw some water on those streets. It just needs to be cleaned up and have the wall repainted properly. The place looks like an abandoned hotel.

Bathtub was a little dirty and there was roaches.

Walking into the knights inn the female manager behind the glass didn't great me which was ok but when asking for my ID she demanded I give it to her or not get the room and all I did was ask her why she needed to photocopy it, she snapped back in respons

It was okay but it had roaches ¿¿ and no microwave and the fridge was all frozen leaking water on floor. The room wasn¿t the best clean.

The good news: As I was leaving, people working at the hotel were removing mattresses from several of the rooms. The Hotel has much potential so it looks like they are in the process of making the necessary changes.

Garbage was strewn all over the place near one of the stairwells.

It is in close proximity to the NOS center in San Bernardino

When checking in I was told that even though I booked my reservation months in advance, I could only stay 2 out of the 4 nights I was promised because they over booked. Eventually I was told I could stay for my entire reservation but it was stressful.

This place is Dirty it¿s infested with roaches the lady is super rude she talks to you like you are stupid I would not recomendable this motel ti anyone

Quiet n staff is very sweet

It was basically ok for the price, but was not very clean

The only thing I liked that was that it was close the venue I was going to

It was DIRTY. There was MANY roaches, there was blood stains on bed frame, food scraps under the bed, holes on bedsheets, NAIL CLIPPINGS on the comforter. It was honestly the worst hotel I've stayed at. I expected outdated, but not disgustingly dirty.

There's bugs, not internet and the tv stations sucks. I would not stay there again nor would I recommend it.

Was very quiet and relaxing .

Had to get key card optimized almost every day. No fresh towels or linens unless we asked for towels during our week long stay and had cockroaches but not many . Also too close to a weed dispensary so a lot of aroma from weed ,

It was close to the location and affordable- had basic necessity.

The employee during the morning shift (older woman) was not polite at all even with another staff member. I'm certain if worked at a five star hotel she would have been fired already. Belittling people attitude.

Nothing the hotel was the worst ever, cockroaches are everywhere, the bed cheats have a bunch of holes from Cigarette burns and the room smells really bad smell strong.

Everything, the guy was rude On top of the Hotel that I¿ve already paid that look way different than the Internet says. pictures look nice on the Internet but when you go see it is the worst ever.

The room was dirty and the bed was broken. We told the office person about it and he said maintenance was gonna come to fix it and they never did.

Parking was full of people just foaming around, trash bins overflow and the smell was disgusting, the room were not clean at all nor the bathrooms. You could tell it wasn't swept or tub walls not washed.

The location was the best part of this hotel. It was close to the highway so it made my travels easier.

There were cockroaches in the room and instead of moving me to another room front desk said it was okay that there were cockroaches, that it was normal and that they would just give me spray!

Everything. Filthy. Broken. Non existent staff. Rude when they did appear. Unwilling to fix anything.
