- Location downtown as well as the pool Area was nic
- its positioned near a nice promenade great for walking and shopping
- The hotel is beautiful and location perfect for an event at golden 1
Cons -
- Hotel was quite dirty, room Was not restocked the three days I was there, not even with more toilet paper, staff was quite non responsive nor hospitable. Won?t stay at a Kimpton again. Has stayed in San Antonio previously and it was great
- It's not ideal to wait over an hour to get your food when you have hungry kids nor having to track down someone to provide said service. this happened several times.
- Parking is not ideal
