Pros +
- I liked the cleanliness and the location of the hotel.
- Nice. Clean. Great staffs.
- The champagne at arrival and infused water was very nice. Pleasant decor. Nice restaurant.
Cons -
- I did not like the fact that I had no hot water in my bathroom for the first half of my two-night stay. I was able to take one hot shower the morning of the day I checked out. When I advised staff of the problem, they apologized for the inconvenience.
- Location. Lack of parking for drop off. Usually busy. Had to drive around a few times. But the staffs are awesome.
- Pillows were very thick but nice quality. Bathroom shower door did not go all the way across so shower spray gets on the bathroom floor. One recommendation would be to have the front door staff make sure the sidewalks are clean.

I liked the cleanliness and the location of the hotel.

Nice. Clean. Great staffs.

The bedding and ambiance was nice.
The hotel was nice, but the room was a bit small for a 4 star hotel.
