Budget Inn by 101 Bus from Downtown

Location

My companions room was not cleaned properly. Wet towel on the bed pillows were disarranged It was not cleaned well

Location

First time great room 2 nd time room was not good had trouble with remote.

The price and location. We also like your friendly security there at night.

Do not like being asked for ID when getting luggage out of my car by local police. Also seeing them harass other paying customers. Especially when we see people on bicycles looking in car windows. That's who they should be shaking down for IDs.

Location

Very run down. Needs lots of work, inside and out. Website needs updating as the place doesn't offer breakfast, but the info about the hotel say breakfast included. They said ot hasn't been offer since covid started.

Staff was extremely friendly, rooms were cleaned. Pretty quiet

No breakfast, laundry rooms, or pools.

Price. Location

No breakfast, not as advertised.

Air /heater didn¿t work properly. The bathroom door had a big one that was patched up and wasn¿t taken care of. Didn¿t have continental breakfast due to Covid. Needs to change that when you make reservations

The front desk staff always goes above and beyond for us, super respectful and they¿re truly the reason we continue to come back and stay for weeks at a time as we currently do not have a permanent residence due to COVID. They¿ve made it feel like home.

Honestly I feel horrible because I don¿t like to complain but the cleaning ladies are horrible they¿re the rudest people on property, you ask them for something and they¿re just extremely unhelpful and like I said very rude! ALWAYS!!

Price

Broken coffee pot in the room did not get replaced

Very clean, staff extremely nice

The towels were thin and cheap, did not match the clean beautiful rooms

Location

They did not have change for a twenty. They enforced policies that were not outlined in your booking information. I was argued with when I requested a receipt for the $100 cash deposit they required. They told me multiple times I couldnt have a receip

This hotel is the worst.

Everything is terrible at this hotel. I had to call the police , maybe 20 peolpe where running a night club in the room. I had to call the police . Also i had to leave in the middle of the night.

Good tv screen

shabby bathroom and no wash cloths included.

It seem nice shirt and had better Decour than the one next-door. But was cheaper!

The lights outside kept bleeding in the room making it hard to sleep

price

run down. police were questioning people on premise. Tough looking characters. Better than sleeping in a cardboard box under a bridge.

The only thing good about this hotel or motel was the location.

The room smelled like a hospital and very old looking. We checked in and left to our destination and upon waking up and showering noticed there was no hair dryer. I called the office and they said they never had hair dryers

Sheets were clean bed cmfrtable enough

Large gap under the door shower head no good if over 5' tv not working properly -entire complex only 2 networks Customer Service VERY POOR - someone had apparently urinated into the aircond me not a good sense of smell/prefer window only $40 off $-----

the staff was excellent

The hotel needs to be remodeled it felt dirty

I was refused to get a room that I already had payed for online

Nothing.. do not stay here

Everything so dirty..
