It was quiet, quick access to the freeway, fast check in, and it was clean.

The shower spout was way too low And the nob was loose.

Toilet would not flush had to lift the lid and pull the chain. Used bar of soap in shower Vertical blinds kept falling out of socket

Nothing this place is gross

Room was dirty and it had an horrible smell, and the ceiling had this nasty brown buildup of dust.

The hotel was overbooked. I booked 2 beds room and the staff told me they are out of it. Unable to refund because manager was not there.

That it was run down and filthy. Mattresses and couches outside the building along the hallways. Furniture for sale signs and extended long term stay rates listed. Extra deposits taken out if used towels were not returned at checkout.

It was a mess and shouldn’t be open for business. There was furniture, supplies, miscellaneous all over the front entry and inside office area. On the site, breakfast was offered and there was none. Rooms in need of serious cleaning and update.

Yes they are ripping people off by selling items in lobby not ment for individual sales and now my credit card has been charged numerous times I am in middle filing complaint.

The room didn't seem like it had been clean prior to our check-in carpets weren't vacuumed , and the drawers weren't cleaned out . There was rotten fruit left in the top drawer. It had been There for awhile.

We were allowed to check in an hour early

The room looked dirty. Bugs were coming out of the faucet I have a picture if there?s a way to post it. There was hair in the sink. People talking and making loud noise in front of our room at midnight. Dogs were barking. Lots of homeless people

It was a place to lay my head down, but it?s a very dirty hotel

Staff doesn?t even know if there are refrigerators or microwave in the in the room, in my case there was a refrigerator, but it didn?t work. Overall, the hotel is very dirty, but if you just need a place to rest your head then it works.

Easy location. Clean, nice rooms. The staff members are all very nice, with a professional presentation of hospitality. Easy parking. I always feel welcome, comfortable and well cared for at this property.

Air conditioner heater did not work slept in a cold room I went to the front asked for better accommodustries did not help do not do anything on his end

My daughter's room not ready.front desk said it was.talking after 5pm.. room dirty did not smell clean .linen had cigarette burns in sheets floor needed to be mopped and vaccum.shower head not adjustable. No bath mat available in room room needs paint

The thing is disliked from this hotel is the cleanliness. Around the pool was filthy with cigarettes and trash.
