Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, others acted like they did not want to be there.

Ice machines not working. Room smelled like someone had smoked in it. Went looking for coffee at the free breakfast, no free breakfast anywhere that I could find and no staff around either to help!

Guest rooms were nicely appointed and very clean.

The outdoor areas and furnishings could use some revamping, and the water pressure was inconsistent between the two rooms we were in.

The the personnel, the restaurants and the rental car office all in one hotel.

The staff were friendly, professional & helped with every request.

Out TV didn't work & we didn't get any compensation for that.

The food options were great, breakfast buffet was plentiful with good options, had a bar and grill on site(made for convenient dinner options).

I was disappointed by the room cleaning, we stayed there 10 days and the towels were only changed out once, the only time the bed was made was when they changed out the linen (once). The supplies were never replaced (coffee and plastic cups).

Great continental breakfast, just right. Good room for the price.

Room 108: Need shower soap dish (high-up). Shower control valve needs replaced. Toilet never stops cycling water. Bathroom door handle is painful to use, you have pull hard to close the bathroom door to silence the toilet that never stops cycling water.

Complimentary Breakfast is just right, very good.

Bathroom ceiling fan should be on a separate switch, it is noisy.

The breakfast place was amazing, food was great and we could hear laughter from the kichen. It felt warm and make us feel great. The room was big and clean, bed comftorble. We didn't have time to use hot tub, but it looked clean and temptating.

Bathroom and shower too dark, need more light. Again. Should have brought candles.

The room was awesome beside it only having a shower head working not the bath. The breakfast was amazing. My kids loved it. 24hour check in was so helpful and convenient. Our tv wasn't working and the night staff came right over and fixed it.

One waitress was rude but everyone else was excellent. The room even had Netflix

Pool overcrowded w/ people whom we don't think were staying at the hotel. There were tons of coolers and TWO speakers blaring different music. We were looking forward to relaxing at the pool. But there were no lounges left and the environment was chaotic.

This place has really gone down hill. Dirty room. Bad breakfast, hairs in tub, dirty floor,poor Chanel choices on TV. Over priced for what you get.

Complimentary Breakfast was excellent.

Towel rack mount was ripped-away from the plaster when I got there. Construction contractor should have known that you can only mount to the wall in places where there is a stud behind the plaster. The shower is in the dark, needs much better light.

Location was excellent for my needs. Breakfast was adequate although usually closed before I was able to get there. Savignon at front desk was delightful at check in. Check out was easy. Would probably stay here again when in town.

Toilet seatloose.Coffee maker stopped working (but was replaced quickly).Repair work done in the room next door was noisy.Website says all ground floor rooms but heard people above us. Suggest adding hand rails outside shower for safety.

Great accommodations for the price, great complimentary breakfast, swimming pool looked good but did not have time to use it.

It was conveniently located, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and concerned that we had a great experience. Charlie's Place and Roxanne's were wonderful restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and and nutritious. Great!

The bed was comfortable, the room was nice size with a somewhat modern design and the included hot breakfast was fabulous. Staff is the friendliest . The restaurant is a bonus. The facilities .... pool, jacuzzi and workout room are nice.

The TV connection was out during our stay, the USB charging ports on the lamp did not work and the mattress top seemed to be coming apart at the seams.
