Hampton Inn & Suites Ridgecrest

We broke down in Bishop slept in our disabled vehicle , no hotel had vacancies . Towed to Ridgecrest early morning for repairs. The young lady at the desk was courteous and had empathy for our situation and allowed us to check in and get some rest..

Overall Cleanliness¿..

Little bit of a wait for staff handling phone calls. No security guard or cameras. Or appeared to have no cameras.

Always know what I¿m getting when I book a room at Hampton Inn!

The shower doors and shower head were broken and the AC was so loud I had to shut it off in order to sleep. All were reported to the front desk on check out.

Clean. Good breakfast. Easy to find.

No complaints

I was sad that some services weren’t open (the pool, the gym) but that was not the staff’s fault, as it was due to covid. The staff were great.

Clean and new. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast (included.) Easy access. Rooms very well decorated and clean.

A/C sounded like it was full of marbles. Loud knocking and banging all night and our ability to sleep was nil. Only paper cups in room. Not the greatest for a glass of wine. Staff eventually located a couple wine glasses.

The facility is fairly new and well maintained, the guest room is clean, and staff at front desk are friendly. Continental breakfast is of excellent quality.

Located in Ridgecrest, a peaceful small. Might be distal to Death Valley or other tourist points of interest.

I loved this hotel! It was very clean, had great breakfast, and the suite was very comfortable. I enjoyed the business center as well.

The bed was super comfortable and the outdoor pool was great! We loved the large breakfast in the morning before our long drive home. The fresh cookies at night weren't bad either!

They had not at all the room we had ordered and paid before. Instead Thea giuded us to another hotel which was under renovation and noisy. That's why we could not sleep.

The receptionist in Saturday was not up to her duties.

The settings on the shower were difficult. To get hot water, it needs to be pointed at Cold. The bed was huge and comfortable but the pillowa were also huge. Great for sittig up, not so great for sleeping.

The staff were all pleasant and some were exceptional, We got a great price on the room and it was large and clean, a King studio. lots of free parking. the breakfast was amazing, not just pastries and coffee, but a full breakfast!! was delicious!

Had to pay for the washer and dryer to do some laundry. free internet is slow, less than 1 GB down, same up. premium is only $4.95 and is a much better experience. only one small shampoo and conditioner for the room, two person's will need more.

A very nicely appointed room, clean, and big. The hot complimentary breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful.Great price.

It's a diamond in the rough, Ridgecrest is not a destination many want to go to.
