Location, friendly and clean

Smoking limitations

TV was good. Bed was fine. Did not see any bugs.

Clock radio was noisy. Had to unplug it. Freezer had much frost. Parking was very tight for my truck. And piece price quoted was $6. Was charged $9. Noisy neighbors until late. Pool was locked up.

So close to Redondo Beach Pier

Furnishings need to be replaced. The curtain had a hole in it.

It was a decent size room.

Noise outside and neighbors on boths sides of the wall were loud.

The location is good. It's located near a CVS, chase atm, supermarket, 2 McDonald's, the pier etc.

the ac filters and bathroom fan need cleaning, takes seconds to vacuum them, sosp dispenser barely yiel any soap

Leaving once my stay had ended!

It was horrible, the staff is creepy, they sent me to an unprepared room, the people that were staying there were sketchy. Loud unannounced banging from construction work. There where hairs in the towels. And, harassment from local authorities!

Extremely dirty carpets and mirrors in room, door locks did not quite work, noisy common areas

Room was clean. Area felt safe. There was an elevator

The shower curtains looked like they went through a war. The tub stopper is broken an set aside The lavatory stopper is missing

Safe, clean, upgraded bathoom fixtures and soaking tub. Plenty of secure free parking. Prices were fair and staff friendly.

Hotel is right on the coast highway which is very busy, and it is somewhat difficult to access the driveway. Basically you can only enter traveling northbound, so you may have to go around the block to get in.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the room was terrific, and we felt very safe in the location. We would stay there agzin!!

Ironing board, no iron; no hot water in sink; hot water in shower but not much pressure, no klenex tissue; Wi-fi difficult to get set up; no coffee maker in room. Pillows were hard.

Really comfortable bed, nominal parking fee

Very drafty front doors ( needs a much better seal) , chipping glaze on tub, no excessive noise warning for cars/motorcycles. Unless you¿re specifically looking to stay in the beach cities its a trek to LA proper.

Thee Hotel itself is very nice and centrally located to almost everything and the roms are pretty comfortable.

This hotel is now charging for parking They are the only option no other parling is available so I feel they are taking advantage of that. My moother in law is handicapped and needs parling close to the room.

Accommodating. We changed rooms due to noise & got a much nicer room on the back of the property.

Would be nice if the lobby opened earlier (tried at 7:15 & still locked) for coffee / water, etc

It was a good location, the room was clean and the staff we interacted with was friendly.

The room lights were blinding, there were no extra blankets so we had to have the heat on, then it was too hot. The room itself was dingy - dark paint colors and no extras of any sort. There was free wifi but no breakfast.
