SpringHill Suites by Marriott Riverside Redlands

The location was perfect. 5 min walk to shopping and food.

The room had some areas that were clearly not cleaned. But overall it was nice.,

Close to family

10 night stay and they only cleaned the room 1 time, we asked to have it cleaned and it never happened. We'll never stay at a Marriott chain again.

Felt safe and was fairly quiet. Had very friendly staff.

Price was a bit steep and fluctuated too often. Thin walls and ceilings - could hear other occupants during sleeping hours.

The heater has a horrible odor while turnt on witch made it very uncomfortable for my children.

Was a great and nice place. Staff were nice and helpful. I liked the room a lot, was very spacious.

We had a problem with our tv and with a power outlet. The girl on the night shift was very apologetic, responsive and not afraid to try fixing the issues herself. We also really enjoy the breakfast and appreciate the modern well kept rooms.

The outlet meant to power the fridge and microwave was not working, and the picture on the tv randomly went out one night.

The EV charging station was nice. The breakfast selection was fair.

The sheets had black stains on them. Our last night there, the thermostat died, such that were not able to adjust the room temperature. The bathroom door was glass, and though it did have a privacy feature, it did not block the light for those who were trying to sleep while others were showering. Also, the bathroom door would not lock. Lastly, the bath towels had bald spots where the fuzzy had come off. Time to replace those towels.

Clean, modern & great parking.The breakfast was amazing! Spinach quiche was delicious as was the turkey sausage! Wow!

The first room had a bad odor. I got changed to a second room that smelled the exact same way. I had dirty sheets in the second room and asked to be transferred back to the original room which they did for me.

Springfield suites was clean, staff friendly! We came into town for a funeral. So we were pleased that our room was very comfortable, beds, pillows; bathroom nice and roomy; also very quiet we were able to relax after our 4 hr drive.

The entrance lacks a little decor. We weren’t sure it was the entrance. I know style is minimalist - clean lines but the entrance wasn’t very inviting. But rooms were good! We didn’t care for the key card to have to turn on the electricity.
