How comfortable the bed was and the modern decor..

The room was spacious,

TV channels/apps didn¿t work, let front desk know 5 times. Carpet wet near restroom door, maybe the shower was leaking. Restroom sink clogged. The staff apparently knew about it, but assured me I wouldn¿t be liable for it. Wasn¿t my point.

Great quiet place to stay and will be staying again soon. Keep up the good work.

The location to the University of Redlands. The size of our room was good. The outside noise wasn't too bad. The air conditioner worked well.

No one seemed to ever clean the tables in the breakfast area. We were there as it was opening for breakfast and there was trash on the floor and the tables were dirty. Also, the water was lukewarm. I never turned the cold water on when I took a shower. The bathrooms in the lobby area were dirty.

Room was near the rear entrance, at the weekends it was quite busy late at night and the entrance door was banging shut. It didn't spoil our stay though.

Guests not informed about cleaning schedules. Bathroom was not cleaned found hair and basin has stains and mould between counter top and basin.

One of our guest experience smoke smells in their room upon check in. Had to wait a day to move.

New hotel. Very clean. Had a bbq, fire pit and basketball hoop.

I loved the cleanliness and the kitchen. Very spacious.

I didn't like that my key card didn't work. Even after the staff tried to reset it. I had to go back and forth downstairs, and after a third time, I just had the staff come up and let us in. It never worked until the morning we checked out.

The breakfast had limited choice. Although, I had paid for it but preferred to go somewhere else.

We loved everything about this place! The breakfast was hot and fresh with lots of choices, the staff were friendly and so helpful, our rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious, and the pool was the cherry on top. The location is fantastic (we walked to shops and restaurants, and it was just a short drive to everything else).

My experience at Residence INN was above and beyond. The hotel was really nice, and clean, the room were spacious. It was in a good area near shopping centers and with a good view. Breakfast was amazing very delicious and employees super nice! My kids loved staying will totally come back. 100% recommend it!

I liked everything! Just one small bad point my room was next to the stairs so I would hear guests coming up and down the entire time. But didn’t bother me as much. I was more tired that I completely fell asleep and forgot about the noise.
