Chef at the omelette station was a highlight! He was friendly, funny, and very good at whipping up custom omelettes.

Rooms were very nice and clean

Did not expect it to be motel like. Thought it would be enclosed with elevators to rooms and levels. Instead layout was motel 6 like. Wasn’t overall bad, just unexpected

Cleanliness, the kind cleaners and a few nice people at the front desk.

The rude attitude of the guy who checked me in. Everyone else was sweet as can be... having a shitty day? Have a snickers? Go home!

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff, fresh omelettes in the morning, prepared by a house chef, wine, and cheese in the afternoon, nice pool Jacuzzi large room.

I would?ve liked the linens changed and room dustedafter my second day but I guess that?s the way things are these days.

The room was clean and nicely appointed. Breakfast was really good!

The AC unit was ?extremely ? loud. Sounded like a train horn as the unit cycled. It was loud enough to disrupt sleep during the night. Mentioned to the staff. Who knows if they will follow through as the person didn?t seem interested.

We absolutely loved the Managers Reception available Monday- Thursday. Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as charcuterie snacks. Very lovely. Made to order omelets were stellar!

Perfect in every way.

The breakfast was great, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the room was clean and did not have human excitement fluids on furniture like some hotels.

Only complaint was the water pressure as it was kinda lacking but it got the job done.

This review is for the excellent service by the hotel. I showed up and they told me there was a maintenance problem but that they had booked me at a nice nearby hotel, fully comping me. Stuff happens and they handled it with class. 5 stars.

Front desk was amazing! The cook was friendly and accommodating. He makes a great omelette.

The outlet rooms are a bit noisy from the passing cars.

The hotel and room are nice, food is good.

We had bug bites,my daughter had it worst,she had total of 15 bites from waist down requiring school clinic visit. I told the front desk when we checked out.I was told it was ants, but I know those are flea bites.We saw cats and raccoons around the hotel.

room was not cleaned per our request for our stay --we had to ask for towels and were only provided 3 bath towels nothing more .

We arrived at about 10pm and the room was 90 degrees. We waited 2 hours for the room to cool (never got lower than 88 degrees) before asking for a refund.

The dining was great, staff were super friendly and it had good amenities.

The room we had, 140, was right next to the laundry room and it was loud with the spin cycles, out of balance issues and dryer sounds. The room would vibrate. Luckily, we were not in the room often and the noise did not happen late in the evening.

Lots of TV channels with listing card to select channel. Beds comfortable. Breakfast omelet was very good, but service slows down during breakfast rush. Enough seating available for breakfast.

AC unit very noisy. No business center computers. Bathtub showers. Next to an overhead interstate, lots of traffic noise at all times. Protruding parking curbs with shrubs in front of rooms. The waffle iron timer was not working.

Always clean. Friendly staff eager to please their guests.

If the shower heads are emitting water at a rate that does not allow a person to actually take a shower, please let us know up front.

We were there on a weekday so it was very quiet. A relaxing atmosphere with a nice breakfast

The staff was very friendly and helpful at checkin. Breakfast was good.

The fellow in the room next to ours kept a paper plate full of cat food for the farrow cats. It attracted the cats. And when we inquired whether the hotel was aware of this, the people at the desk said the guest has been there three years and approve it.
