The room was amazing and bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the spacious bathroom.

One of the best. Modern casino great mix of games. Reasonably priced restaurants for a 4 star hotel.6

From the moment of arrival, hotel employee made our weekend was special! It all began with the Concierge,  and the front desk staff. Our balcony vista room was specially appointed as requested, and our Steakhouse dinner was out of this world!

Hahahaha...we didn't stay an extra night...our mistake ;)

I liked the spa and restaurant but casino not happening management and room service very poor!!! But valet and bell service was great and prompt front desk staff poor and lack luster response poor when calling for service all other services good ¿¿¿¿

The casino and lack of social entertainment outside of gaming machines the management team unprofessional???!??!?? I probably will not come here again just wanted a fun girls trip somewhat a failure

The Rooms were clean and very conferrable.

I needed special accommodations and requested a room close to the elevators and I did not get it.

the service was horrible. No late checkout, room service took over a hour and half to bring our food after telling us it would only 35 minutes. Paid for a advertised smoking room that during check-in I was told I couldn't smoke in.

The cost.. I believe I was over charged.. I was quoted $--They  had 100.$ deposit. So that makes it ------ They wouldn't take my p  card so I had to pay cash. I paid ----$ cash.. I had a family emergency and had to leave.I need to get my deposi

We enjoyed the spa and the casino best and equally as much. The spA facilities were large and well equipped. The casino had no wait on table games and had all the slots we love to play.

We did not like having to pay high prices for drinks while gambling. We were told it is a California law that requires them to charge for alcohol while gambling, however $8 a pop ($10 in chips with tip) was unexpected and very steep. (Jack and Cokes)

Great concert venue! Nice gorgeous room.

We ordered eggs Benedict through room service and the ham was a weird rubbery texture and it tasted bad.

My purpose for choosing that hotel was the spa. Service is awesome at the s . I enjoy myself.

I wish they had a better food selection. The food was good but there wasn't a variety of places to go. There was some fast food down the street Palm Springs heat you don't want to leave the hotel / casino.

Nice hotel, but it's too smokey.

It's too smokey all over the hotel. The first floor is so bad that we didn't want to eat inside the hotel. I think you would have more customers if you created a separate gambling space for smokers and did a better job containing the air pollution.

Large, nicely furnished room. Comfortable bed. Beautiful bathroom with a tub, shower and two sinks. Large heated pool.

Not much

for a four diamond hotel there was no coffee in the room, no free breakfast, etc. and the room rate were jacked up $----plus because of a music event. I had to stay there because of a last minute business event. Would not do it again.

- Poor service from front desk. Told me Sunnylands was closed, it was not. Failed to note Go Green on my room, gave me a meal voucher when I was checking out which dime little good. Not friendly or approachable - disappointing. - No coffee in room
