Best Western Plus Heritage Inn Ontario Rancho Cucamonga

Decent hotel. It was worth the price. Room was clean and updated.

Didn’t like the sound of the AC (was loud while it was running). Other than that, not a bad stay.

The location (close to the Superior Court), safe and clean, pleasant staff, and breakfast. I have stayed here about once every 6 weeks for the last 2 years. They are very consistent, and the building and rooms are well maintained.

And friendly people work there and the food was good. Enjoy the swimming pool area.

Airport shuttle and breakfast.

Although shampoo and body wash was available, there was no lotion in the room.

The room was very clean and well put! The location is very good, customer service was very excellent. Will definitely stay here again

location

staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating thermostat didn't work and froze all night staff did nothing to correct, didn't move to another room, and said "oh well"

location, convenience

staff weren't very friendly travel companion's room thermostat was stuck on cold; staff did nothing; companion got no sleep; staff said "oh well"

Convenient location.

Some how I was able to book two different rooms on the same night. There was no refund available for the second room. It went unused.

how close it was to where I needed to be. tucked away in a safe area.

the lighting

Proximity to Rancho Cucamonga's malls, cultural activities.

Furnishings a little worn, including a sofabed without bedding that, even with the bedding, would be hard for anyone who wasn't a child to sleep on.

Location and room conditions

We had an event to go to on day arrived (Sunday)1:00-6:00 pm. Since it was almost 1:00 pm, we stopped by to see if we could check in. Front desk said we would have to pay $20 more. We were going to be gone until 6 pm. Why pay for being gone. He

Location and comfortable size room.

Water pressure in the shower was really weak.

All the staff are professional and polite. They go out of their way to make sure everything is a good as possible. The complimentary breakfast is better than any we have ever experienced in a hotel. It is also nice to be available an extra hout.

clean, hotel staff excellent, awesome breakfast

The location, quietness, professionalism of the environment.

Unfortunately, the WiFi.

The staff greeted us every time we entered the Hotel, the breakfast buffet was the best I have ever had, they had a coffee machine in the lobby.....offering a variety of coffees, it wasn't far from from our friend's .....it was just a very good experience

Location

Room, cleanliness, bathroom, breakfast

it was clean and comfortable,

it was just a bit confusing, (mask, no mask), wifi password not what was in the info, but the front desk was hepful

The hot tub

Our room was directly above the convention room and the first night we were there, the music was SO LOUD that it made the furniture in our room rattle!

Breakfast, location, quietness (except when trash was picked up outside)

Small toilet, warm lights would be better, slippery tub (rubber pad not nice to use)
