The proximity to the mall and restaurants. Tons of things to do.

Upon arrival was told room needed a plumber for the kitchen sink, which I needed for cooking. Was upgraded by Rhonda, got to the room there was a full overflowing trash can under kitchen sink, dirty dishes and no soap, paper towels, or sponge to clean.

Cleanliness, friendly staff and good location

What didn¿t we like? The employee working the night shift, she was so welcoming! The location was great and our room was so nice! The sheets smelled so good! Breakfast was awesome- what a variety of foods! We sat in the lobby visiting w family.

Disappointed, dirty room, fridge was leaking, people smoking outside the window making it come in. Rude front desk

I disliked how dirty the hotel was and the fact that I told them we had bugs and no one seemed to care. Also very limited hot water.

STAFF were extremely rude, always spoke in Spanish and you could tell they were laughing about you to their colleagues. When checking in she was so rude. If you are going to work at a counter reception at least speak English and don’t pretend not to.Location to outlets was convenient only reason we stayed.

Pool too crowded to use. Noisy at midnight with someone playing basketball on property’s court.

No water supply for a full day so couldnt use restroom or basin/sink had to go nearby restaurant.Were told in 30 minutes everytime we rang.No access to swimming pool due to closure for maintenance.Sat/Sun breakfast till 10 am, we came at 9 am most of the items finished including toasts and we were told we are "late"We were told about items missing in breakfast that they are finished.Wifi in room require lot of details including a local number which we did not have as we just landed in the US. Receptionist gave the helpline and asked us to sort it out by ourselves.No basin or trash in restroom, its outside with the vanity unit.No smart tv only local channels.When sofa bed opens, its hard to walk around with the dining table and chairs. Spring worn mattress in sofa bedDrawers in chest get stuck and do not move freely.Room service every third day, we came on Sunday eve and the next room service was done on Thursday. We got only 2 toilet rolls for 4 guests for 3 days and we have to request more.No blankets for the sofa bed, we had to request.Loud vaccum clean noises in the corridor.Saucepan deshaped, lid does not fit

Friendly staff.

The room smelled like smoke. The smell was coming from out of the ceiling vents and moreso inside of the bathroom area. Mentioned this to the receptionist when leaving.
