Worse experience this time

The manager should listen to Clint and not make me feel like lair . I did not authorize any one to use my US card and he still act his way .

Excellent customer service, friendly staff, and extremely clean rooms

Location & AC in room.

Rooms don't have enough lighting, very old and small rooms, need better maintenance and updating throughout the hotel.

Parking lot fills quickly and they charge $10 for parking even though it’s in a strip mall. Shower was not exactly clean and when I asked for a shower mat they said they would check and never got back to me. Water pressure was horrible.

Nothing in particular.

The TV in our room did not work and I woke up with difficulty breathing and an obvious allergic reaction to pet dander. There had been dogs or cats in there recently, and it hadn?t been cleaned well enough to keep me from being vastly affected.

Register didn?t work at the bar. Had take a hand written order to the front desk for them to run drink order. Couldn?t provide me with a receipt. The room they gave me hadn?t been made up, bedding and wet towels everywhere. Hotel is getting old.

Do not like it at all when check in the first room linen was dirty and asked to change room. Front desk change our room but found the other bed linen still dirty also the carpet was dirty. Swimming pool very dirty also the jacuzi dirty with some bugs.

On the 2nd night left a note to change the linen request not granted we still had the same linen with dirty floor. Swimming pool still not being clean so do the jacuziq

Friendly staff

Ac unit in room would not get cooler than 76. Unsure if the hotel set a cap but for Southern California heat at this time, need to drop it down to at least 72.

Perfect location on historic Route 66, close to the shopping center and restaurants. The check-in was quick since I'd paid for the hotel beforehand. The room is spacious and clean, the pool is clean and with not too much chlorine.

The front desk staff needs to be more attentive to the customers, especially when they're requesting for turn down service or refill shampoo/conditioner.

Wish the restaurant would have better hours of operation.

My room was next to the washer room/ laundry room. Couldn't get any sleep. Sounded like a helicopter was in the room. Horrible experience. And clerk was not being helpful.

Front desk staff are so friendly and nice. Love free parking and coffee in lobby.

The air did not work well in the room.

Pool and gym

Towels available in room were for 1 person room size for 2 No towels available in pool or gym area

Parking and easy check in

Exceptionally loud. The road noise was horrible at night as we're the guests above my room.

Convenience and comfortable beds.

Upon arrival a hand towel was wet/been used. Staff apologized and changed my room.

Lobby and Front Desk Staff

Room was a bit musty. Would love to be able to open a window. It opens one inch. Thx

Hotel staff is excellent. Hotel could be cleaner. A few Gnats in hotel room. Hallways throughout needed vacuum. Elevator broken. Seemed short staffed in housekeeping. Otherwise ok.
