- The rooms were nice and clean
- Hyatt took $931.68 even tho I paid on app And they won't release it. It's been a week I have a friend that had a similar experience with Hyatt Ruined the whole trip
- I love the fact that I had a mini kitchen in my room so that I could cook instead of having to spend money eating out. I love the comfort of my room, felt like home.

- The weird people roaming the building
- There isn't much that I didn't like from this hotel. The staff is very professional and helpful. The process of checking in and out is smooth and easy.
- they did not clean the dishwasher … it has bad smell

bed is comfortable and spacious space with living room
