Location is wonderful. Lots of outdoor seating by the beach. Not enough staff working. Room can use some upgrades for the price point.

The location is wonderful! It has a cliff top view with stairs to the beach and a coastal walk to shops.

Ac didn?t work, fireplace didn?t work, shower barely worked and water was cold

The room the rebranding they did was nice however the birds seagulls were disgusting and noisy squawking birds all night on this side of the coastline.

The hotel staff and not being transparent about fees and holds due when going on the trip they changed it from 50$ to 100$ hold.

Staff, location and the feeling of being home. This is our 5th year at Cottage Inn. Views are excellent and location is great. Love falling asleep to the waves. Thanks Cottage Inn

We Couldn't stay longer

Nice location close to the beach and had good views.

The two front windows besides the door do not line up and can't be locked. Safety is important to me so I would not stay there again because that makes me feel uncomfortable at night knowing someone could come into my room.

The location is great, the views are beautiful. I like having a pool and hot tub. I even like that they don't have housekeeping services everyday.

No housekeeping , you had to ask 24 hours in advance( was not communicated well) , not enough trash cans in room,. Lighting was poor. Had to request coffee for the room, not automatically furnished. Not a friendly vibe. They added $50.00 for incidentials

Did notice a black bug and was unable to turn off ceiling fan. Minor things

The fire pits overlooking the ocean were awesome. It was so fun having smore kits offered for sale at the front desk. We enjoyed roasting and making stores and then going over to the jacuzzi. Also loves the fireplace in the room.

Quaint design of hotel. Property located right on cliff overlooking ocean. Fantastic view! Fire pits outside are great! Location of hotel is just enough away from the city center/tourist area so it's super quiet. Really a fantastic deal! Comfortable room.

Wish I could have stayed longer!

The location was perfect! Close enough to Cal Poly, easy highway accessibility. And a beautiful view of the ocean!
