We could walk out of our room to the fire pit and ocean overlook.

Thr walls and floors are not well insulated. It was very noisy above us.

The customer service was really good

Ordered room with view. Even confirmed this when confirming res. Room was horrible view.carpet was WET! And dirty. Curtains stained. My wife was so diaappointed. This was a lot of money for us. And it was wasted. It was supposed to be special.

Restaurant was closed and the walk way to my room was dirty. My refrigerator was frozen over so it took awhile to cool my drinks.

Yes. My reservation was for a room with ocean view and balcony and i got a view of trees and no balcony.. and still paid for the price of the ocean view since it was already charged.

Loved how there was no congestion of people. Practically had hot tub to ourselves.

The smell of someone smoking marijuana ended up in our room. Had to turn on fan and open windows in November.

Old and smelly. Felt muggy. Poor insulation. You could hear every thing. Garbage trucks woke everyone up really early.

I liked that it was in a good location and has plenty of parking.

The hotel doesn't have air conditioning, so if you didn't get the one rooms with the ocean view, it's really hot. You'll have to keep the window open... im which people can see into the room.

this is the second time we?ve been here absolutely love it. It?s the most beautiful thing to hear the ocean outside.this time we stayed in a balcony few full view ocean it was amazing.

I booked a room with a patio or balcony and did not get that, I was also given a dirty room at first, beds were not made and towels all over bathroom floor

The room was very nice and super clean. the patio and the fire pit was a big plus. The view was outstanding!

The only dissatisfaction was the noise from the guest above. They jumped, and banged and thumped. I had to call the office 3 different times. The hotel staff was very nice and did call them and asked them to quiet down, The hotel finally went to the room

The hotel was beautiful. The location is amazing. I highly suggest an ocean view. The fire pits were so fun. We used them 3 times.

No Air Conditioner. Very hot in room. Long hairs in bed. Appeared to be mold in bathroom. Carpeting in hallways is disgusting.

girl at the front desk very friendly. The room was very clean. Except the carpet was soaking wet. Felt like the shampoo that room that morning. Plus we got the wrong room was supposed to have a balcony look at the portion beach we got 1 floor looking cars

Yes, the carpet was wet felt like they just shampooed the carpet that morning or the night before everything else was perfect. I was very disappointed. I didn¿t get my room. I was supposed to go to the balcony I got first floor looking at the parking lot

This is not a hotel... it's a MOTEL. As a woman, I definitely didn't as safe as I would have in a hotel. The outside is old. It's loud... you can hear everything going on outside. The room was also very dark. Very little light comes through the sm window.

This resort, location and staff exceeded my expectations - tremendously!!! Pismo Beach/this resort were idealistic for day trips to all this area has to offer. The staff!-so helpful and kind! - nice restaurants and cute harbor/beach towns near!

building near the office/pool gets good deal of noise very morning hours from the gas station, deliveries and pool activity. But I¿m sure other buildings are shielded- paid for upgrade -first room was directly under stairs, no view and pool traffic

This hotel did not have any AC. Only a ceiling fan that wasn¿t even positioned over the beds. Sleeping at night was very uncomfortable. Also, the ¿beachfront¿ was cliffs. Not an actual beach you could walk out to.

The value of the hotel was really great with it being so close to the beach.

I wish that they would have provided the room with some regular, complimentary bottles of water. $5 fancy bottled waters seem unnecessary.
