Pros +
- Front desk staff were so welcoming, very accommodating. Housekeeping ladies were also so nice.
- I really like the location of this hotel in proximity to the beach, local restaurants, and businesses. It's great, you can walk to everything!
- I liked how close it was to the beach and the staff was very nice, it was also peaceful and quiet area
Cons -
- The shower took almost 20 minutes to finally run hot water.
- I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past 20+ years, however it has deteriorated. The indoor pool has been blocked off, the room felt dingy (chipped floor tiles, burned spots on kitchen counter, holes in drapes, poor lighting).
- They only provided us with two small bars of soap, no shampoos or conditioners incase we wanted to shower. The king room didn¿t come with a microwave which you would think it would.

Location is close to beach and downtown.
Overnight mist caused wooden stairs to be very slippery; suggest some sort of non-slip surface/application be applied to stair treads.
