I love the location and ease of access to walk to the beaches. Fairly inexpensive compared with other options nearby

Hotel owners managers did not seem very friendly

The hotel is walking distance to Pismo beach

This was the filthiest room I¿ve ever rented in my life. Dead bugs all over the room, restroom toilet wasn¿t even clean. The plumbing was dripping all over the floor and the toilet didn¿t flush. I told the guy and he said it was okay. Had to clean myself

Hotel is very run down, dirty, and it smelled. Holes in walls paint peeling off bathroom smelled awful! And the shower was full of mold! We had to buy cleaning products and clean these areas just to use it! Big YUCK! Do NOT stay here

Location was convenient and centrally located to the downtown area.

The floors were soft and spongy in multiple locations. There were a lot of dead bugs in the shower when we arrived. There was also an strong, odd smell that was in the room.

The location was excellent. Many of the area highlights are steps away. Others are a short walk. Still more are a very short drive away. If you just need a place to sleep, this place is fine.

Jacuzzi tub didn't work. The toilet was janky, and the whole bathroom-area floor has a MASSIVE slope, feels like walking in a capsizing ship. I don't know if it's left over from COVID, but in a 5-night stay, housekeeping came ONCE.

The only thing I like was that I was 2 blocks away from the beach¿ everything else was . Terrible ugly and dirty

I try to cancel and you guys didn¿t help . Very bad experience. No more renting hotels .

The only good thing about this place is the location. But I do not think it was worth what we paid.

The sheets had stains on them the shower was disgusting No one dared to even use it The lady at the front desk was rude over the phone and yelled very nasty to wife when there was an issue with payment Will never Stay here again.

Yes. The room was tiny, dirty, and the south wall had electrical issues. You could not have the heater on or it would shut the tv off. When I plugged my straightener in, all outlets and lights, tv, all of it turned off, even the bathroom light. Awful!

Very low end. No air no ice. Didnt realize this when I booked the room.

This motel was one block from the beach was the best value for the price and can't get much better then that! The bed was just right, was pet friendly, I travel with my companion dog. I didn't see any ocean views from the motel on this visit.

Nothing I didn't like about this motel. I did have a problem with the shower and management got right on it and took care of it right away! I will stay again for the right price and closeness to the beach and family!

It was clean. That was nice. They had a minimal continental breakfast. 'Newly remodeled' The floors were nice, the room was painted and the vanity was new. TV was a flat screen. Provided internet was a plus.

Leave hotel parking lot into main road. Look left. Ocean within a couple thousand feet with a view of ocean from hotel street.

Hotel rooms need severe remodeling. Something HAS to be done about the initial stink in the room. clear the alley out of trash or completely remove the windows in the bathrooms that look out into trash. I only paid for the distance to the ocean really....

I chose this motel because of the cheaper price and the walking distance location to pismo beach area.

Well, the Sea Garden in Pismo Beach, Ca is very old. It needs to be remodeled and updated. It's very outdated and the bed and furniture are old and not that comfortable. The shower is very small and leaks water out of shower stall.

Friendly hotel desk. Great location, amazing price.
