Pismo Beach Hotel

Location and parking.

No comfortable chairs in our room but when asked, they provided.

Very conveniently located! It's a block away from the pier and the beach; steps away from amazing restaurants--Best clam chowder at Splash, Best cinnamon rolls at Old West. Didn't have to search for street parking since the hotel has included parking.

Rooms have some thin walls, so we could hear everything that was going on next door to us.

Unique, charming hotel right in the heart of Pismo, close to beach. Walk to pier, restaurants, shopping, etc. Great staff.

Old building so creaky floors, few outlets, no work desk or coffee machine in room.

LOCATION AND CLEANLINESS, and CONVENIENT PARKING

Not an issue for one night, but prefer to have a refrigerator if we stay longer in the future.

The non-working elevator, the smell in the hallways and rooms, the oversized furniture, the weak water pressure in the shower

The lobby is gorgeous. The desk clerk was a wonderful young lady that was very helpful. The room was lovely and over looked Pomeroy St. with shops and restaurants all around. The hotel is one block from the beach.

Super friendly staff. Clean rooms, lobby, and even hallway. Secured parking, perfect location, quaint setting, optional 3:00 p.m. check out time.

The location was perfect downtown Pismo. 1 block away from the pier, and close to so many restaurants. Didn't have to worry about parking since the hotel had a nice sized parking lot.

The location is fantastic, you can literally walk to everything in Pismo Beach. I was also very glad that a parking spot was included with the room because parking is nearly impossible on the weekend.

The hotel is old and like many old buildings nothing ever gets completely clean, the walls are thin, and the rooms are small. I did not like the shower head. There is very little furniture, only a bed, bedside table, a chair, and I dresser.

The Hotel is located near the gift shops and the Pier.

There's no appliances the room is small stuffy and windows open few inches the elevator had many issues it's old. If you take a service dog the Asian lady will give you a lecture everyone else's were nice about our stay.

Perfect location to have fun. The rooms were quiet. The staff was exceptional.

Parking is limited to one car per room. No coffee maker in the rooms/no coffee in the lobby.

Great location in the downtown area, very close to the wharf, restaurants etc.

As the hotel is in the downtown area there was a lot of noise in the early morning hours when you have the windows open

age and history of building made it special experience. loved the elevator.

street side was a little loud. with no AC, windows had to be open. but it was acceptable for the situation.

Very cool location, right in the middle of everything. Had the complete old hotel beach experience. You know that you're in a hotel that was built in 1937.

Bed and pillows weren't the comfiest, and no in-room coffee.

Good location, great staff..1st room had no working heater but the staff made it right by moving us to another room..

Room booked had no working heater, walls are a little thin..so on the noisy side...

It was our first time staying and they surprised us by upgrading our room to a suite. We ended up staying an extra night because of this. Great location so much to see. Its located right in the middle of all the action.

The only sad part was a new hotel was built in front of this classic hotel and it blocked most of the ocean views. Not sure how they got permission to do that. This hotel is an icon for Pismo Beach and has been recently redone beautifully.

It was very close to the beach, hotel was clean and well maintained.

It was sooooo noisy, the windows did nothing to cancel the noise of Pomeroy. We got very little sleep because of this.

Location and price. It looked like it was remodeled, so that's always nice.

We like to sleep in, so black out curtains would have been nice and the quality of the bed was poor or too firm for our liking.

It was very close to the area and provided parking

The complementary breakfast was not good, just a muffins and drink

Fourth floor room was hot, only an overhead fan, no air conditioning that I could find. We were told the WiFi was spotty but we couldn't even connect to it. Only down stairs in the lobby were we able to sign on.
