- Beautiful and quiet hotel on the edge of all the downtown activities. Beautiful room with elegant finishes.
- Convenient location in downtown Palo Alto; nicely designed room, boutique hotel experience.
- The location is great--heart of "downtown" Palo Alto. It is close to Stanford and is walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. The staff are very nice and the accommodations were excellent. It has been updated and is very comfortable.
Cons -
- Limited common space and amenities. Ice only available through room service.
- Position fantastic, staff excellent and overall we were delighted with the choice of hotel .
