Pros +
- The grounds were nice what I saw of them. We were busy all day and by the time we returned we could not use the pool etc because it was closed. I thought we were in a bungalow style room but had to drag our luggage upstairs in 120 degree heat.
- The pools courtyards are quite nice spaces, and it's nice that they feel different from one another.
- Some of the staff was incredible, gave me local knowledge, remembered me and made me feel welcome.
Cons -
- They had a $50 per day resort fee not listed. It was a bit run down for the star rating. The toilet ran slow, sink & tub were plugged up, toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall. It was 120 degrees and the Ac was not keeping up. Bed was also hard.
- The pedestal sink in the bathroom doesn't have any surface to set things down. You have to use this low table next to the sink, and it's uncomforable to keep bending down for everything.
- They didn¿t disclose they would hold over 1200$ at check in, I did not find out until I looked at my banking app. They also charge over 50$ a day for amenities regardless if you have services or not. Some things in room kind of broken.

The staff--from the valet and front desk to the bar, restaurant, pool, housekeeping, and maintenance--could not be any friendlier. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, great A/C, very nice in-room fridge, and super-walkable location.
Loud pool music from 9am to 9pm+. Little surface area and storage for unpacking. NO PLACE TO PUT ANYTHING AT ALL in the bathroom or shower (other than small shelf directly above toilet-GROSS!). Hotel website photos lie; very dated and shabby.
