Beautiful grounds.

Pool was not heated. Unit needed updating.

It is in a beautiful area of Palm Desert, close to restaurants and shopping. When we had troubles with the room the maintenance guy was quick to come. The little cafe served an affordable breakfast and lunch and cheap margaritas.

The room had a musty and stale smell, the bed was very squeaky. We had trouble with the air conditioner. The pool was green and algae on the side.

This hotel had 15 tennis courts that were very active.

This is an older resort which had been modernized.

Facility, pool, location, staff

The room was very spacious, clean and quiet. The pool was great! Also there were a lot of sport activities to participate in.

The room had most all amenities as if you were at home. Clean facility and friendly staff. Very reasonable rates

The air conditioner in the room was weak and had a hard time keeping the room cool. The bed sagged in the middle.

Very quite. Staff very helpful. Close to El Paseo which was great for me.

Needs major remodel.

Yes, the pool was cold. And the workout room was poorly set up and some of the equipment was not working. When we asked about a plug, we were told it would be attended to, but it never was.

Palm Desert itself is lovely

There was no soap or hair products and the lighting is poor in the bathroom make up areas

Our vacation rental was very specious and well equipped. The only thing missing maybe were some basic staples (there were no spices but I am not sure that would be true for all rentals). The different areas have smaller pools and the big pool was awesome. The fitness area is small and closes when the lobby closes what was 6pm during our stay. There was no restaurant onsite but the downtown area is a short walk away.

Loved the view of the mountains! Great jacuzzi and huge pool. The best location! Walkable to El Paseo shops and restaurants and only 22 minute walk to the awesome Living Zoo!

Pillows were way too thick. Got a crick in my neck.

Great facilities - but did not like our location

This 3 bdrm is right alongside tennis courts - wakend each morinnig by tennis players.no sunlight. Arrived to full dishwasher - silverware although washed was still dirty. Broken glass in dishwasher. Disapointed - had stayed here before.

Spacious room. Comfy bed. Great location in town.Lobby staff very pleasant, especially Philip.

Complex had No lights after dark so it was hard to find our way or read the signs to our unit. Balcony was unswept. Had a broken down AC unit. Coffee pot didn’t work.Very few toiletries. No cafe on site. No view to speak of from the balcony.

Spacious, Comfortable Stay.. Loved the Pool, Tennis Courts, Gym and Location of this Resort..Will be back again !!

The space worked well.

Rooms - the TV's in the bedroom were not working because the resort was in the progress of switching cable providers.Pool - they were no pool towels available after the office closed. Pool cafe & bar - not openKitchen - there was no baking sheet to make biscuits or bake cookies.Living area - the couches were filthy and need to be upholstered.Roll away bed - the roll away beds need to be replaced, all you feel are the springs/coils only.The resort did not meet my expectations and i was looking to forward to sitting by pool and going to the cafe & bar which was closed, my family and I had to share 1 TV in the living space which was a nightmare. I was not satisfied with my stay and I feel I should've been entitled to a credit due to the dining or room amenities not being available and highly recommend the resort communicate on their site when amenities are not available.

Beautiful property used to come here for many years Pool dirty yellow I know heat can cause this we own a pool if your clean once a week and brush it would sparkle that was a bummer no interest to lay by pool this trip or go in pool
