The housekeeper once again knocking at 8am even though I had do not disturb sign like what is really going on !!!! Not cool what so ever twice on both stays

Plenty of room to sit and I liked the sink and bathroom was very clean and roomy. Bed was comfortable and clean.

A real breakfast.

luggage racks need to be replaced or screws tightened up. Almost lost luggage to hard to move and turn.

The refrigerator froze a $500 medication rendering g it useless. The knob inside wouldnt move . We woke up to ants covering the desk where we had snacks. We were in the 2nd floor. When I talked to them at the desk, she couldn't have cared less

Most of the staff wedre friendly and helpful. they kept my room clean and gave me clean towels every day even if I didn't want them

the water pressure was bad. If I am staying for more than 3 days I want to be able to wash my hair and I couldn't because the water pressure was so bad.

Great location for our granddaughters race. Got the wrong room. Hotel employee the front desk got us a new room, heard we were leaving at 5am. She made us bag breakfast and was sooo helpful.

No sit down restaurant close by. Marissa sent us to closest one 5 miles away.

The fact that I extended my stay a extra night and I stayed in the same room but for some reason the hotel tried to give someone else my room while I was In the room sleeping . Another guest actually enter my room with a key while I was sleeping

It was in a good location.

The gal checking us in talked super fast, as if we were bothering her and she wanted to be done with us. When I asked her about getting breakfast earlier (645am) she said the earliest was 7am.

The free cookies

The cleaning and bathroom. The bathroom tub had straight hairs . There was visible rust stains in the corners of the tub and drain . There was webs in the corners of wall and ceiling . There was not a smart TV or cable channels .

The rooms were big and clean. The beds were comfortable.

The desk person said there was an option for burritos or a warm sandwich in addition to the grab and go bag but no options for that were available when we got there.

Pet friendly

The toilet was broken. Had to take off the lid every time we flushed to fix the rubber flap that kept getting stuck.

The room was really clean. The bed was very comfortable. I had no problems at all during my one night stay. Definitely will be back! :)

Very clean, very quiet.

The coke machine was out of order on my floor.

It was roomy, great location and very comfortable

This is the best hotel. The staff is excellent, courteous and helpful. They always provide the best and they value regular customers.

Close proximity to my Bass Tournament.

- People drinking in the parking lot of hotel with a cooler full of beer. - Handed a letter at check-in notifying me there was recently a lot of vehicle break-in's and hotel was not liable. - Hotel charged $175 security deposit. Who does that?

Great stay with welcoming my Golden Retriever, they even gave him doggy treats and water

Room size was good and clean .

Lift did not work properly , and breakfast area very poor .

It’s not safe my truck get broken window and stole my iPad, tools, etc

The hotel has amazing accessibility to the 3 neighboring towns & their attractions. The room was pretty comfortable. Check out was a breeze. One of the cleanest & well kept hotels I have been to recently.

The window of my room faced the freeway. When the air conditioner or the tv were not working, then I could faintly hear the traffic noise. But once either of the 2 were playing, it was fine! The entrance to the hotel was a little tricky.
