- Staff and cleanliness
- Great location. Not far from the Bart station. The restaurant on premise, Otto's, was very good with sizable portions and reasonable prices. Otto's staff was awesome too. A special shout-out to hotel employee She was an absolute delight!
- The hotel itself was very clean and classy. The Staff were incredible. The room was beautiful and the gym was very well put together with equipment.
Cons -
- The bed could have offered more support for heavier people.
- The valet seemed to be all over the place with timeliness and confusion but maybe because it was New Year's day.
- The in-room fridge was simply too small. Also, no room service available. Door to room had issues closing all the way, always had to double check.

Lovely hotel. Great location, close to transportation and essentials. Restaurant/bar was open. Ice machines/filtered water stations on every floor were great.
