This place is quite the hidden gem this neighborhood is not too shabby the people are friendly the motel is clean it was really easy to get to and there's not a crowd of homeless people like at The ambassador inn in Bakersfield

The only thing nice about this place was the price.

There were no working vending machines. No microwave. No telephone for out going phone calls. Public transportation for this location was not very user or rider friendly. I flew into San Francisco and had to take an almost 2 hour public transit trip

Smelled like cigarettes but they say its a non smoking hotel burn marks everywhere

Everything Was dirty the remote control was greese the sheets had stains on them I dnt think they changed the sheets recently

Shower trickled, then wouldn't drain on 2nd day. Very loud and noisy neighborhood.

I did not like the fact that I'm a disabled 48 yr man who has a sight disability and because I didn't know I needed a $100 deposit was mad to walk the streets of a town i did not know all night because of a deposit and really who makes them walk alnight

Well I don't think i paid $--- for 2 nights at this motel is worth. No refrigerator, no micro wave . The room has 2 super duty beds and has the terrible smell. Out size has drug smell. Highly don't recommend people to rent those room is this hotel.

Cheapest motel during a busy period in San Francisco

Suppose to be non Smoking, room reeked of cigarettes. Car park needs to be secured

access to the public transportation. there was a atmosphere of peace as there wasn't a lot of sirens.

Staff was very receptive and friendly, but guarded. Room was very clean and quiet.

Questioned my bereavement say upon arrival when having to sign in through a drawer in bullet proof glass. There was no office or reception desk to enter from the parking lot. Glad to be law enforcement member.

Room was spacious and clean. Older hotel in an older part of Oakland

The area is rung down and can be dangerous so you need to be careful.Staff was nice and there were no problems.

I WAS ASKED TO GIVE MY CREDIT CARD FOR A DEPOSIT OF$100 WITCH I HAVENT GOT BACK. ACCORDING TO THE PERSON WHO WAS THERE THEY WERE NOT GONNA CHARGE THE $100

I had gotten bitten due to bedbugs.

Yes there was an $100 dollar deposit ,which was not mentioned when making reservations.

The front desk attendant was very nice and friendly. I also really liked the cleanliness of the place.
