Pros +
- We liked its proximity to the Yosemite Park south entrance, just a couple of miles from it. We liked that it was clean and were able to check-in late. We also like the tips from the staff. Good working heater.
- Friendly staff, great location and affordable for our big family of 7
- location otherwise, Paid $-- for $-- room. Ã°à ¸ÃÂàIt was in basement of building (basement smells) dark, gloomy and outdated. Nothing like website portrayed. We really arent picky, we use Comfort/Quality Inns alot. biggest issue was the short curtains. 2i
Cons -
- The wifi would not work in the evenings when the hotel was full. The front desk closes at 9 and we tried to call the number listed and no one answered. The parking was awful the first night because the restaurant had a reception!
- The walls in room 46 were very thin, we could hear our next door neighbors loud and clear. The beds and bed covers are showing signs of high wear and tear. Restrooms are designed for the shortest, perhaps with kids in mind, adults will need to lean more.
- gap below. the bathroom curtain was the same way but at least the gap was at the top of the window above heads. The fridge was precariously perched on a stool. Very wobbly. The wall stuff was dusty.so hot and The air-conditioner was broken. what a mess!

I liked the location, close to the park and railroad. Quiet and peaceful.
I didn't like the bed. It was old and squeaked loudly anytime either one of us rolled over or moved.
The views, private entrance, parking close to room and balcony.
The walls were a bit thin, we heard our neighbors talking very loudly for an hour on a Saturday night and could not sleep. Also wish there was a WiFi extender so WiFi could be used in rooms since there was no cell service. Not a big deal but would like.
Location; bed comfort; value price.
Poor WiFi, only marginally better in the lobby; hot breakfast cost extra and ran out of key offerings only midway through the morning. This is a 2.5 star hotel, not 3.
Location
Heater was on and could not be turned off. Top covering of bed was old and frayed. Breakfast was not included in price and was expensive for what was offered. Overall not good value for the money.
What a beautiful, cozy hotel! My friend and I loved staying here. Our room had a balcony overlooking a lovely wooded garden with a small stream and little bridges. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast felt home-cooked. Loved it!
Our sink was clogged, but the staff was quick to fix it. By the time we got back after hiking in Yosemite, it was already fixed!
Location is right outside Yosemite, very attentive little Inn from the outside.
Our bathroom had very dirty and sticky floors. The light outside the door couldn't be turned off.
Staff were great and super accommodating as our gps was not cooperating and sent us to the wrong location. Stayed on the phone with me while we navigated icy roads in the dark until we found the inn. Also helped us find a place to grab dinner!
This is a charming inn with friendly and personal service. Attention to detail has made this quaint, romantic getaway into an instant favorite. The food in the restaurant is superb.
free breakfast (we didn't take advantage of it but i'm sure it was tasty), location & cozy-ness of the room.
tv didn't work, two guest max rule. :-/
Close to park. Good restaurant. Free breakfast. Good wifi connectivity.
Nearest other restaurant 1-2 miles away at Tenahaya. Other restaurants 1-12 miles away at Oakhurst.
Beautiful setting, the restaurant has an amazing chef! Staff was awesome!!
I don't get why they charged 2 extra dollars, I did not use or purchase anything extra, but I really don't appreciate that, at all.
The location and the staff.
The ice machine was broken...tht is not much to complan about.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
I wish that it had air conditioning
Location and the warm atmosphere
Room was cozy and well equipped with TV, refrigerator and spacious bathroom. It would have been helpful to have microwave in the room since we prepared meals and were planning to heat them. There was a microwave available in lobby however only accessible 8am-8pm. We were able to have more coffee and enjoyed complimentary hot chocolate as well. The balcony and table and chairs near camp fire was lovely for morning coffee/breakfast and evening stargazing. The room stayed warm in the cold evening, beds were very comfortable and ample soaps/shampoo and towels provided. Perfect location for venturing to Mariposa Grove and pick up location for Yosemite Park tours. Only 20 minutes from Oakhurst town for grocery/restaurants/coffee needs.
