Clean room, modern furniture

industrial area, no soap in the room and no hangers. Call the number for the hotel and said mailbox was full to send an sms message. I did and never got a call. I have to walk to the lobby to request soap and hangers.

Th rooms are newly renovated. They are not wow, but they feel cleaner than they would if the hotel wasn’t under renovation.

They asked for a $60 cash deposit. When I checked out, the owner gave me $20 and started walking towards the back room. I stopped him and asked for the remaining $40 and he acted as he had forgotten to give them to me. He intended to keep them. Dishonest!

How clean it was

I paid for a room with a spa bath and the room he gave me was not a spa bath. When asked for a refund he told me I had to contact booking, then when I contact booking they said he needs to confirm the refund and have had an issue with having him respond to booking. So I can receive my refund!!!

This property is horrible and disgusting. The clerk was rude. The room was atrocious. The sheet were dirty and had bloodstains on them. There was some type of brown liquid running from a light switch. The bathroom? Oh my goodness just nasty. Please do not stay here. Don’t even click to look at pictures because they are very deceiving

Size of room was great

Two broken lights, no Kleenex and staff tried to fix but could not, and had no inventory for the Kleenex

Could not locate the inn I called and could not get directions from the man who answered. Not very helpful.

The customer service was very rude

Nothing everything about this place is bad the beds are nasty. The room was nasty and dirty.

Staff at this establishment was Excellent. I required a room on the 1st floor level due to my age and level of mobility.Easy to work with VJ and his staff. Warm Towles was an unexpected treat. Safe, Clean and Quiet.Delighted to a SAFE ENVIROMENT.

Drove up from San Diego, a long and tiresome ride.

sketchy area & in the middle of a night a guest was yelling that a man was stalking her, which obviously made us very uncomfortable

Disappointing

The walls and ceiling in the room writing on them. The toilet was not functioning properly. There were stains on the bathroom door. Had to keep the water running in the spa bath because it didn't retain the water well. The pillows were of small size and there were only two. Paying for a spa bath room I expected better than a basic room. It was not worth the $187 I paid.

It was a smooth check in after a long day at the Dodger game
